I bought a pair of shoes and I was even charged an extra 5+ Euros for delivery protection or something like that, what I received was a complete disaster and all attempts to return it proved abortive. It is said that you have to send an email first and they need to approve the request before you can make a return. Initially, they responded to my email and even requested I make a picture and video and so many other things but at a point they stopped responding. After all the stress I went through taking pictures and sending emails, I still couldn't get my money back. They are pathetic. They are fake. They are dubious, liars and a bunch of thieves.

Tertible, just bought shoes there....and for sure they wiLl never arrive...i wishe i read revies earlier. THey say there is a shop In amsterdam, well it does not exist....and the tel number also not existing.. no contact, no tracking....nothing! SCAMMERS!

Incomplete delivery, standard response and then no response. If only had checked the company before on Trustpilot. Do not buy there!

They make their website look very good but they are FAKE. I ordered a jacket that looked like what I was looking for, I paid 48 Euros, what i received was the worst looking jacket I have ever owned. I ordered size L, what is received was XS. No inside pockets and looks very cheap. I want to return it, they are ignoring my mails. They dont have return procedure on their website. BE CAREFUL...Just AVOID these seller, you will REGRET. I am surprised that after all the complaints, they are still allowed operate and loot people.

The products advertised are Chinese cheap shit and NOT the real brands. The product I received was of very poor quality. I contacted them, because they charged me more than advertised. No response. Don't fall for it, RUN!

Don’t trust this company for anything!! I’m trying to return a purchase that came very different from the pictures, without quality and with a wrong size and absolutely nobody answers my emails. I can’t call them because there’s no available number. They don’t respect the clients, I’ll make a bad comment in all platforms possible! I don’t recommend it

Waited for a coat more than a month, when finally received I wore it for 2 weeks and the zipper just broke ! Just fell to the ground ! To set a new zipper is going to cost me more than the coat Tried to get a refund or a new coat! They just excuse then self’s and did nothing to help me! They are against the law of conformity i” wet van conformiteit! Total a scam! Something needs to be done against this kind of practice!

Frauduleuze reclame. Ik heb schoenen en een shirt besteld en veel betaald, maar ik heb goedkope artikelen van slechte kwaliteit ontvangen. Ze vroegen me om bewijs te leveren, wat ik ook heb gedaan, maar daarna reageren ze niet meer. Lees hun retourbeleid om te zien hoe slecht het is. KOOP NIETS BIJ HEN. Fraudulant avertisement. I ordered and paid a lot for shoes and a shirt, but received cheap low quality items. They asked that I submit proof, which I did, but they refuse to respond after. Go read their return policy to see how evil it is. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.
