Not impressed bought my light saber packaging was not adequate and I have emailed numerous email addresses and still awaiting a response. For the price I paid I would expect a response and better service. I do not recommend buying from this website.

Be careful before you purchase from this company!
My son ordered and paid in advance for one of their sabers. After many weeks they admitted that they were unable to send him the saber, and therefore would refund him. In the meantime he has been waiting for his refund, following many e mails back and forth over 4 to 5 weeks. However he has still not received it. For some reason they are not refunding and therefore I believe this is called theft! They don't even give you a name to address your complaint and there is no phone number to telephone. Take note! You have been warned!

Bit annoyed I placed an order but then cancelled under the cancellation policy listed on their website it states you can cancel an order if it is done within 24 hours. I emailed my cancellation request within 1 hour of placing the order, but then the next day, they continued to process and make the payment, now, three days have passed, and I've had no response to my order cancellation requests or refund. Communication and customer service is non-existent I will need to contact my bank today to claim a chargeback and dispute the amount

Absolutely fantastic. I am an avid collector of Star Wars memorabilia, especially lightsabers. I’ve ordered savers from various suppliers & Jedi Master Sabers is by far one of the best.
Everything you need to know is in the descriptions, which are 100% accurate, so when you receive your lightsaber everything you were promised is there.
I highly recommend Jedi Master Sabers to all of my family, friends & Star Wars collectors I know.

..bought the Maul Standard LED Saber mainly because of 25% off promo. Arrived by Fed Ex in about a week, all the way from Asia.

For the price paid, it's a very good product: hefty weight of hilt materials used, bright LED etc.
- had I paid Full-Price, probably a different review..
- Minimal Exterior packaging, resulting in significant Box-Damage.!!
- Inner box design looks nothing like photos..!?
- Site listings would benefit everyone with more details e.g. dimensions, weight etc (unless I missed it.?)

Fortunately for the price paid I can accept the limitations. Thank you g

I couldn’t be happier. The sabers arrived quickly- less than 2 weeks from order date. The LED baselit RGB is very bright and colors are awesome. The volume control (low, high, mute) is appreciated. There are 4 character fonts: Asokha, Obi-wan, Vader, and Kylo Ren. All have realistic sounds effects from the movie. We have been dueling for about a month with no issues. A full charge lasts a few days of dueling/spinning. The junior sabers can thread together to make a double bladed saber. I did accidentally throw the saber across the room, and only the bottom end of the aluminum threaded pommel bent slightly- which I was able to fix. This is no fault of the saber or construction. I would definitely recommend these sabers. This was the lowest price on the internet-and I got free shipping and a free blade length upgrade.

I am extremely satisfied with my lightsaber. Truly a masterpiece as in picture. Great customer service. Also to my surprise, the package came super fast. Very happy about this purchase. I highly recommend.

Having written a review earlier this week when my Saber finally arrived a week after Christmas and having given these guys the benefit of the doubt on their awful service I am now having to change it as it stopped working after less than 2 hours use! They are now ignoring all my emails. I do not believe they are “custom built in the UK” as they state and will now have to attempt a chargeback claim via my card provider to get my money back and purchase a Saber elsewhere. My advice don’t use these guys they need to start being honest about what’s really going on!

Would rate 0 stars if possible. Do NOT waste your money with this company if you want to use the sabre beyond the first few days! Item was delivered late! Poor excuses given. Item arrived after sons birthday! To then use it for approximately 1hr for it to then not work! They tried to blame this on us and breach of warranty! Emails took weeks each time for response. False promises not fulfilled. Palmed off to someone in China, who sent wrong part. £325 out of pocket, hugely disappointed teenager, piece of useless plastic! and promise of good will gesture not fulfilled!

Very responsive to questions on ordering. Ordered Black Friday. Was emailed a number of times promising the saber would be here by 15th December. Continued to receive generic emails saying they haven’t dispatched. This was my 9 year olds main present. I emailed 5/6 times asking to be called (no phone numbers just email) for an explanation of the situation. Replies were again no use, no actual explanation and copy and pasted to clearly send to many. I’ve emailed 3 times now asking to escalate to a complaint- each with another reply that is generic and no lodge of any complaint. I am considering refusing the parcel when / if it finally arrives. It’s 29th December. Shocking customer service.

The product is awesome. Great packaging in stylish boxes x 2 with foam and celophane wrapping on the handle. A long wait to receive the product of over 3 wks and slow but very apologetic and polite emails in response. Worth the money so far. Just hope it lasts well. V cool.

I like the choice of lightsaber but the time it takes for them to build and deliver takes too long

Nearly 4 weeks since my order was placed and still not dispatched.. lost faith and i am concerned about what if anything i will receive. This is the second time i have been prompted to leave a review and as it stands I can not recommend this company

I received my lightsaber after a short delay due to personal circumstances. The Saber is fantastic and definitely worth the wait. I’d 100% recommend 😀😀

Placed an order on November 14th - tried to contact them to get an update and an estimated delivery. No response to 5 emails. Got a week ago saying it should be delivered early this week so I've chased to get an actual date but silence once again.

I have raised a dispute with my bank and they have 30 days to respond and prove that they have given me a delivery estimate (which they haven't). But considering they have 0 customer service and don't respond to emails I doubt they'll even read their inbox to see the dispute 🤣

They send from China! So I get high custom fee and duty. They advertise from UK but not inform that goods are coming frim China.
I am from Poland, UE. Here, goods from UK are low custom duty or without duty. But good from China are high duty. I paid almost 100 Euro extra for saber

I've had my lightsaber from 2 weeks now and really love it.

I purchased ahead of time as i know they are very popular amongst the Lightsaber community here in the UK, but still received my order well within the time promised.

I like the fact that they are actually from the UK unlike most other lightsaber shops i've purchased from who ship from China and incur a huge import tax bill....

Overall the build is fantastic, and they are the only ones to offer their own Xenopixel V4 board which is by far better than anything else available. The bluetooth is actually high grade for instance.
