The products were perfect
The products were perfect, fit well, feel great on.
I would have preferred to buy local, in one of the shops (the square) - help to keep jobs, less travel, less diesel. It's an environment thing!

I bought shoes for my daughter from…
I bought shoes for my daughter from your website, but the size was wrong. I went to the Dundrum store, but they wouldn't exchange them for me and told me I'd have to pay extra. I don't know if this is your policy, but it's a terrible experience to buy something online and not be allowed to exchange it. I've already requested a refund from the store.

They cancelled some of my items and never informed me, I was buying matching sets so I wouldn’t have ordered one without the other if I had on known there was no stock!

Disappointed
Order was placed and payed for, after an item went out of stock no update on the website was left days waiting on the refund. Shoes had a mark on them and I’m still cleaning them weeks later the stain will not come out
