Orders canceled multiple times
Had my orders canceled or not completely filled multiple times, without any email or phone call, or offer of compensation for my trouble. My credit card was charged resulting in interest fees, then some charges were later reversed, leaving me to still pay the interest. My kids were very disappointed to see the some orders completed, with a confirmation email, and then open a box with missing items. Can you offer a future 20% off coupon or at least an apology? Size charts were not always accurate and app constantly malfunctioned. Either would show wrong sizes after filtering, have errors with shopping cart stock, or just freeze and need to be reset. My experience was just ruined. Unfortunate too because the clothes and shoes that arrived seemed good quality and shipping was pretty fast.

Terrible Experience from Start to Finish!
I had an awful experience shopping at JD Sports in Dresden, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. I was looking for a specific shoe model, but the in-store customer service was absolutely horrible. The sales assistant was not only unhelpful but also incredibly rude. When I explained that I needed a particular size, he told me to order the shoes online instead of offering any assistance. As I slowly entered my details to place the order, he rolled his eyes and made annoyed noises, making me feel rushed and uncomfortable. It was clear that helping customers was not a priority for him.
The issues didn’t end there. The shipping process was a complete nightmare. It took over a week for the shoes to arrive, which is far too long for a simple order. On the delivery day, I was home, yet no one bothered to contact me, and instead, the package was dropped off at a pickup station. To make matters worse, the delivery driver took over 24 hours to activate the pickup code. I ended up visiting three different post offices and trying multiple times to retrieve my package. Eventually, I had to send an email to customer support, and all I received in response was a generic and dismissive “sorry for the delay.”
When I finally managed to get the shoes, I was deeply disappointed with their quality. The seams were poorly sewn, leaving visible gaps, and the sole felt like it was made of cheap plastic that stuck to everything. The overall quality of the shoes was shockingly bad, and they didn’t come close to meeting my expectations.
After all this, I am genuinely afraid to return the shoes. Given the abysmal level of service I’ve experienced so far, I have no confidence that JD Sports would process the return properly or refund my money. This entire ordeal has been frustrating and disappointing from start to finish.
If you’re considering shopping at JD Sports, I strongly advise against it. For a much better experience, shop at Foot Locker instead. Their staff is far more professional, polite, and helpful. JD Sports seriously needs to improve its customer service, delivery processes, and product quality.
