Terrible Customer Service and Zero Supportremely disappointing…
I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with JD Sports and will not be purchasing from them again.
After placing my order, I received the confirmation and immediately realised the shipping address was wrong due to a system error. I went online to use the chat support, and even though it showed I was within customer support hours, I was only met with a bot and had to lodge a support ticket.
The following morning, I called JD Sports to try and fix the issue. I was told nothing could be done because the order was “already in the packaging stage” — even though it had not yet been dispatched. No real solutions were offered. I was told I would either need to wait for the parcel to become undeliverable and be returned, or try to redirect it myself through NZ Post.
2 days later, I received an email in response to the online support ticket I had lodged, asking for basic order details. I provided the information straight away, but after that, I heard nothing further from JD Sports.
Because of their error, I had to spend my own time trying to fix the problem. I made six or seven calls to NZ Post, each lasting more than 30 minutes, just to get the parcel delivered. JD Sports offered no assistance, no follow‑up, and no ownership of the issue.
The entire situation was caused by JD Sports’ system, yet I was left to deal with the consequences myself. The lack of support, communication, and responsibility was unacceptable.
I’m grateful I eventually managed to resolve the delivery through NZ Post, but the amount of stress and wasted time was unreasonable. Based on this experience, I will never buy from JD Sports again.

I ordered some present for my son.i ve got delivered a differente item so i send it back and was waiting to get my order delivered. Which never came so i soend time shopping online then the shop nade a mistake so i had to rush to a shop to purchase birthday present no apologise or news from the shop .
I won t bother try again to order there.
