Gosh where do I start
Gosh where do I start! I’m a mature lady who was dubious about joining but I can honestly say don’t delay! I nearly joined David Lloyd at £170 and used this as a stop gap. Now not joining as this is AMAZING, friendly, clean and lots and lots of space !!

I clean and well run
I’ve been a member of £85 per month clubs before and can I just say that the Stockton on tees gym is one of the cleanest and well looked after premises I’ve had the pleasure to use . Showers and toilets are always clean and gym equipment is well maintained and constantly getting cleaned. Well done to you all !

The gym is clean and well equipped
The gym is clean and well equipped. But the classes often aren’t actually taking place when you arrive for them and they do not keep the app up to date. I’ve cancelled my membership as the classes available do not provide much variety and are unreliable

Genuinely top class gym
I was a bit of a skeptic signing up as I’ve been a member of a fair few gyms down the years and they always looks a bit tatty and sad.
This gym is a breath of fresh air. Firstly it’s absolutely massive and has A LOT of equipment. Everyone seems courteous, there’s no meathead grunting etc. It’s clean, the equipment is well maintained and there are a fair number of 10/10’s walking about. What’s not to like 😂

Poor attitude, poor equipment!
Aside from the fact the equipment is always in poor condition they have race issues at this gym that don't impress me at all! I wouldn't use this gym again if they paid me.

Lift out of service again.
And again, lift at jd gym coventry is out of service for 3 days now. How long it's take to repair lift. I have already made complaint about it. Im disabled and there is no other access to gym . Its disability discrimination.

Golden showers
I've been a member of several gyms over the years. On the whole, this is a great one, but I can't give it a 5 star due to the showers.
The showers have yellow urine stains all over the floor and absolutely stink of it.
What is with people peeing in the shower? Just don't?

Very poor air flow! Hard to breathe
Good equipments quantity, but very poor air conditioner. When you walk into a packed hall, the air doesn’t circulate at all. It doesn’t need to be cold or cool; there’s simply not enough air circulation. You really notice this around the running tracks. I can see that the team is monitoring the reviews. And this isn’t the first review mentioning this issue. Could you please let me know exactly when you will resolve the air circulation issue? Thank you.
