Very-very poor quality, highly overpriced. Product does not match w what you see on the website.

Bought x2 sets of earrings for xmas on the 10th december 2023 , no confirmation of sale . no receipt, and no tracking of order. Emailed company for confirmation and returning email states will reply within 1-2 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. After 3 working days i am still waiting for a reply as this is a xmas gift. Very poor communications, plus if you order goods YOU have to pay return postage if you need to return for poor quality. I have had no correspondence from this firm since ordereding from the 10th of December 2023. This post is the 20th of December 2023 AVOID!!! this business as you have no confirmation of your purchase, no receipts, and no customer service help if you need it.I have applied for a refund if the goods are not in transit with a tracking order. This company do not reply with the details asked for only to state they have received your email.

Ordered some earrings for a present and as usual said should take 5-7 days. After 3 weeks of waiting I contacted them 5 times, the first 2 I got generic emails with a tracking number-same as on the website and then after that they just didn’t reply anymore and can’t seem to get hold of anyone, so I don’t have my order and no one ever responds. Terrible service.

Crap jewellery, crap customer service. Do not buy!!

I placed a $180 CAD order only to receive the tiniest earrings possible. The Customer Support team told me that I should have more carefully read their item description; the description and sizing were hidden, and the photos that they use for showing the earrings are incredibly misleading. The earrings I got are essentially unwearable unless I shrink my ears by half. I also paid a $35 CAD customs fee to receive these, so I've just lost $200+ CAD on something I can never wear.

I can't speak to the quality of the earrings because I can't wear them, but they are VERY thin (like 18 gauge?) and are much smaller than standard piercing or wearable jewelry.

I bought 2 products, a bracelet which I am happy with..it is as advertised...and an opal labret earring! Where should I start...for the size to be so small in real life compared to what is advertised online is a disgrace and plain sight robbery! Apparently they don't take refund for unopened and unused earrings either....not happy and I will not never buy from them again! I advise anyone to ask for pictures of real life customer purchases which tagged this brand to make an idea before being disappointed..or don't buy it

Don't order there, it's fooling! The jewellery is poor quality and they don't want to refund your money. On top of that you have to pay high customs fees. An unserious shop.

I ordered earrings and such poor quality that they're completely unusable. The company is based abroad and does not offer refunds. I wish I read the reviews before ordering. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMANY

Complete con. Jewellery unusable and defective. I was told I had to pay for the return shipping to Singapore and they would only offer store credit, not a refund, which is illegal. After I pushed back on this they are ignoring my emails. I learnt the hard way so please avoid at all costs!

Since my skin is very sensitive, I can only pretty much wear 14k solid gold. So I was browsing for a solid gold clicker for my helix. I came across this brand on Instagram. I saw that they have a 14k solid gold mini clicker size 8mm in 20gauge for ($109),… but then I saw they also have a 14k solid gold tiny clicker size 8mm in 18gauge for ($99). Everyone knows that 20gauge is thinner than 18gauge. So why on earth they charge more for a thinner gauge???, which I didn’t understand so I messaged on Instagram & they were denying that 18gauge is thicker than 20gauge. They kept saying the reason why they charge more for the 14k solid gold mini clicker size 8mm in 20gauge more is because it’s thicker…?¿?¿ Then I emailed since no one was gave me a feedback from their colleagues… then someone named David emailed me saying they already responded to me through via Instagram message. THEY LITERALLY PLAYED DUMB. I sent numerous photos of a 20gauge & 18gauge thickness difference in clickers & they still denied & played dumb! Saying “oh 20gauge is thicker than 18gauge”. They’re scamming, so make sure to read the description on sizes & material. Know what your money is worth!

I then found a better brand called OUFER Bodyjewelry, they sell tons of different jewelries, all in different gauges size, designs & material. I found a 14k solid gold 20gauge clicker size 8mm for $59!! Using their 14kcode: INSGOLD20 for 20% off any 14k jewelry, brought it to $48. They have different code for different items they sell on their website. Highly recommend! It came very quick & packaging was neat. I’ve been wearing the clicker for a week now, no irritation or color difference/changed.

which is the (14k solid gold mini clicker 8mm, 20gauge) lol after I screenshot both products & told them I’m leaving a review & I will be telling family & friends to also not shop from here.

I ordered some jewellery for my daughter. It took a lot longer to arrive that expected and I started to get worried after reading some of the negative reviews. However, after a week or so later than expected it arrived in absolutely perfect condition, beautifully packaged and with no hidden customs charges as I was anticipating!

so bad. Wish I could give 1 stars. Such a scam of a company. Will never shop here again and I advise everyone else to save your money

The jewellery i received was super nice so i feel i cant give it 1 star, but a few weeks after delivery i received a nasty and unexpected customs bill (i paid £180 on jewellery to be hit with a further £44 customs fee, which was NOT made clear on purchase) so i feel pretty scammed. The company could at least offer to help with these costs. if i knew this i would never have ordered! and wont be ordering from here again!

Didn't recieve the product. They say it was returned by customs for custom fee was not paid. What customfee??? Didn't recieve any message that i was obliged to pay that on top of the price and deliverycosts...

I can cancel the parcel, they 'offer' but i costs me 15 euro!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

These guys are a fraud. I found a charge on my credit card and they want all my credit card info to identify the charge. They asked for a screenshot of my credit card statement! No phone to call. I have no idea who these guys are and never bought a thing. I will dispute the charge with my credit card company.

received my earring n they were lovely after a week of wearing them on of the earrings kept falling out all the time, emailed them n they were so rude n unprofessional and send me a link to how to clip them properly even though i was only having this problem with one loose earring the other side was perfectly fine

I bought the 14K Solid Gold Teardrop Diamond Droplet Labret Earring. It is smaller than I can imagine. It was meant for my helix piercing but it was impossible to get the top part in and screw at the same time. I am a very patient person and I tried for a week and still failed terribly. Too small to hold and I dropped it countless times trying to screw it in. I have other flat back earrings and none designed like this. Horrible!

I ordered 2 pairs of earring which supposed to be solid gold. Waste of money. The pearl earring were so poor quality the pearl fell very fast. The other pair changed colours. No words to explain how disappointed I am.

I was really worried when I read the reviews online. However, I had no need to worry.
There were no customs fee (UK) and my delivery came within the week.
The jewellery arrive in a lovely pink box and in little pouches.
The metal is good quality. I have sensitive ears and they know bad metal within 2mins of wearing it. No reaction to the silver earrings bought.
My experience was great and absolutely not like any of the negative reviews.

I ordered two flatback earrings that will not open. The backs will not come off, even with tools. They're refusing to refund me on the defective product. I'll be disputing the charge with my credit card co.
