hi initially it was hard to get in touch with you it took a long time to find a contact phone no .there was no info on delivery day.
but once we did get in touch all went well .A little delay on the socks the boots wrong colour they should have been honey.no time to return them as they where a present.

Please accept our apologies in regards to the wrong colour of the boots. We could have offered an immediate exchange if you had let us know as soon as you received them. Our contact details are on our website under the "contact us" page and also they would pop up in your Google search by just searching for JCB Workwear. We are currently undergoing a website and systems redevelopment which will enable us to provide our customers with delivery/despatch notifications in the future. Currently, our delivery is the standard 1 - 2 working days.
We have had a difficult few months with various stock issues due to the supply chain (as has everyone else in the industry) and the socks which you ordered were unfortunately out of stock at the time, however, we are now in a much better place in regards to our stock levels.
Please do let us know if you would like to swap the black boots to honey colour and we will be very happy to do this for you.
