This product works magic, had an issue with my car throwing a code for the catalytic converter and after using this device it was completely a game changer. I’ve tried other devices but this one gets the job done and lasts a long time.

The company claimed they had the part and created a shipping lable to appear as if the part had shipped, when in fact it did not ship for two weeks. I did not get the part when I needed it and sent it back unopened - and they still charged a 30 percent fee. This company is a scam and should be closed down!

Jcarpart it’s nothing but a scam I order a set of the transmission solenoid it’s been over a week and I haven’t even got anything that they even ship anything they send me a shit saying label credited and nothing else do not get anything from them they nothing but scams

I purchased a catalytic converter from JCarPart for my 2015 GMC Yukon, based on the website’s claim of fit for my vehicle. Unfortunately the part did not fit properly — and it’s been 3 days now with my vehicle still not driveable while I await a return or replacement.
To make matters worse, JCarPart has been unresponsive: no clear instructions on how to return the part, no communication about issuing a replacement, and no timely acknowledgement of my concern.

What went wrong:

The part was listed as compatible with my vehicle, but it did not fit.

After installation attempt, I cannot drive my car; I’m stuck waiting.

Customer support is essentially non-responsive — email or contact requests are being ignored or very delayed.

Without fitment and no return/replacement path clearly provided, I’m left with a failed part and nonfunctional vehicle.

What I expected:

A part that matches fitment as advertised for my 2015 Yukon.

Clear and responsive customer service if something goes wrong.

A timely process for return or replacement since the part did not work as advertised.

Final verdict:
My experience with JCarPart has been very disappointing. Based on what I encountered, I cannot recommend them — at least not without extreme caution. If you decide to purchase from them, document everything (photos of the part, your vehicle, the fitment failure), insist on a clear return policy in writing, and be prepared for delays or difficulties.

Online ordering from Jcarpart is done super easy, but If you need your part in a rush don’t bother ordering from them they will never deliver on time, Also their customer service contact number is a waste of time, you will never get anyone to help you. ☢️ Please do not order from them! ☢️

Great parts! I ordered a few electric components for my 2014 Nissan Versa and they worked amazingly!

There was an issue with the address I gave, which is used very frequently, and order was not delivered, but sent back to sender… with no notification whatsoever. I had to email complaining for my order to be found. I will try order again soon and hopefully there are no issues
