The customer service team is great
The customer service team is great, very helpful and when I had to reschedule it wasn’t a problem at all.
Was contacted the before delivery to confirm that the day of the delivery was ok.
The delivery team Dilraj and Anmol the driver were fantastic. They called to confirm if the delivery was still ok to go ahead. Then I received a text message from Dilraj giving me a timeline for delivery. The time of delivery was spot on.
As far as handling the glass doors and sliding frames, I couldn’t fault them, 100% careful and because I couldn’t move them around the property Dilraj simply said “where would you like them “ he put everything in the same room where I wanted them , so a big thank you.
As a customer if I could pick this company I would every time and if I was a business I would certainly use them.
They are far better than the usual companies you get.

Great delivery service. I was emailed with a rough date. Confirmed actual date & time slot via phone call the day before & a phone call when 30 minutes away. 2 guys who carried the delivery into my kitchen. It was a great experience.

Great delivery
Easy delivery. I had a call and email to update me about delivery the day before. Then I had a call 40 minutes before my goods arrived. Driver Lovepreet and his colleague Dilraj were helpful and carried the boxes in for me and put in the room of my choice. Very polite.
My only reason for not giving 5 stars is it would be helpful if I could have chosen my delivery time, as although I got a 3 hour window, I was about to go on the school run so had to wait around.
Otherwise everything was good.

Terrible communication
They made no effort to contact me or confirm my delivery. The only time I had any confirmation about a delivery being made was when I contacted their customer service, which said the delivery was not scheduled.
Then I recieved a call 20mins before delivery, out of nowwhere, luckily I was in at the time to collect the delivery.
Then they refused to help me carry the items up my stairs.
So all around pretty terrible experience.

I bought a coffee table and a sideboard. After my first order done then contacted me by email that the product was out of stock and have to wait for certain days, than I requested an replacement plus a coffee table to balance the amount for discount. The staff was very patient and helpful to sort it out for me.
Delivery came earlier than planned which really surprised me.
