JayWay did an excellent job of recommending hotels in our preferred category as well as additional possible destinations for our trip to Portugal. They also provided tour recommendations to choose from which turned out to be with terrific knowledgeable and enthusiastic guides. They also made seamless arrangements for travel between our destinations in Portugal. All in all, we would highly recommend based on their expertise and experience to provide a great travel experience.

JayWay is a perfect travel planner for a traveler like me. I'm an older solo traveler who likes the convenience of someone else taking care of the details and having a problem solving resource available while I'm traveling. I'm an experienced world traveler who knows what I like and JayWay was able to deliver in an exceptional manner.

Jay way allowed us to enjoy independent travel in Poland with fantastic background support. They took our initial vision, worked closely with us and created something wonderful. Transfers, hotels, guides, tours were excellent. We appreciated having someone on the ground who was genuinely caring and willing to help whenever the need arose. The Guest Page was full of recommendations, contacts and clear guidance. Couldn’t recommend JayWay more highly!

For the second time JayWay Travel exceeded our expectations with our recent family trip to southern Spain. Everything was planned and executed to perfection. The first was a few years ago when we used JayWay for our trip to Croatia. Bravo JayWay!

We took the 12 day Christmas markets tour in Prague, Vienna, and Budapest. JayWay picked outstanding hotels for us, planned the whole trip, and provided us with 6 private drivers to get us to and from airports/train stations. That made our travels much easier, completely seamless.

I was hesitant to use a resource from Facebook without personal referrals but I reached out regardless. So glad I did. Rose provided an itinerary based on our conversation and she provided input to help. We made some changes to the first itinerary based on discussion with our group. It was super easy on my end to put our trip together! Choices of hotels and excursions was just as easy. We had someone near our destination for contact and checking on us, that gave us a sense of security and comfort. I would recommend them!

We were thoroughly impressed with all of the preparation and planning provided by Melita and the team at JayWay. This was our first trip to Germany, and we were provided with a very extensive array of choices with respect to our accommodations, places to eat, and activities, and everything was outstanding, especially the guides. Our local contact, Neil, stayed in contact on a daily basis, and any minor issues were taken care of immediately. We will be using JayWay again.

A big part of what made my experience great is that a lot of the activities and sites that I wanted to see were arranged in advanced by very helpful JayWay personnel. The city tours and skip-the-line tickets along with necessary transportation (trains, boat ferries, drivers, water taxis, etc...) were all taken care of. All we had to was show up. We very much appreciated that our JayWay contact stayed in touch throughout the trip tending to all our concerns. Having a peace of mind was delightful and truly added to the relaxing yet adventurous experience.

JayWay takes away all the stress and hassle of planning a trip. They arrange transfers to and from the hotels, and make all the train reservations between cities, saving hours and hours of research and frustration. The hotels were all in ideal locations, and were much nicer than we expected. The local specialist in each country was so incredibly helpful - she was in constant communication and made everything so much easier.
Unless you have too much free time on your hands to spend researching train schedules and hotels, I would definitely recommend using JayWay.

We feel very fortunate that we discovered JayWay Travel when planning our trip to Spain. They took all of our plans to heart, made suggestions where needed, and arranged for private tours, drivers and travel tickets. Upon arrival in Madrid, our first stop, our J Way representative, met us with a complete booklet of our itinerary, including all tickets and vouchers needed for both Madrid and Barcelona, including travel tickets between the two and out of Barcelona.Nothing was left undone, and the representatives of JayWay, as well as the guides they chose were of the highest, caring quality. We would definitely use this service again for any future trips to Europe.

This was such an amazing experience . my husband and I are traditionally avid trip planner s , but Greece was a little intimidating for us to plan . Therefore we utilized jayway , it was perfect . Every detail was planned and went off without a hitch : every tour , every transfer , every hotel , every meal . I’ll never go back to the hassle of planning myself !

I happened to stumble upon JayWay Travel online. I was planning to take a trip to Italy and decided to seek their assistance. During my life I have lived in Italy for a year and I have travelled there at least 4 more times. JayWay was amazing. They helped guide me on my trip concerning best places to travel. They arranged for transfers to and from all airports. They set up daily excursions; each one was better than the next. They helped choose my hotels. They offer 24 hour support when you are in Europe and also during the preparation stage of your trip. They give great advice on tipping and other helpful hints. If I take another trip to Europe I will use them again. I will admit to being skeptical at first abouit JayWay because I had never heard of them, however, they were 100% spot on from beginning to end.

The personalized service is second to none. JayWay just doesn't put together a trip, they ensure the memories of a lifetime. They are responsive, flexible and thoroughly professional. We will happily continue to work with JayWay.
