The booking was smooth and hope that even on the day of travel everything will go well , that is being at the airport on time so that i don’t miss my flight

Really easy to navigate the website. I’m glad they ask for flight details so they can monitor any delays especially since I don’t know how long it typically takes to go through this airport to be able to meet the driver on time. The note about them staying around for a certain time after landing in case of delays is very reassuring

I booked 5 movements for a total of 16 tour passengers that had early AM departures. I fully expected that confirmations meant they would be picked up and delivered as contracted. Some rides arrived much earlier than reserved and were leaving at time guests caught them. 2 rides were a no show, as Jay Ride had not actually confirmed that the services would be available before confirming with me. If you intend to provide service as a middleman entity, I do expect 100% success.

Very understandable, clear and easy, I would recommend it.

Booked over 2 months before our holiday but when I emailed to check pick up location 24hrs before (as requested) they advised the booking was cancelled. After calls (to US at great expense) and emails they arranged Uber. That meant standing on a main road 15 mins walk from airport (34 degrees plus cases).
Tried to get refund for return trip..... still chasing. Complete lack of response.
Do no recommend for use in Greece.

I booked the transfer the night before needing it. They responded quickly. The driver was on time.

I would give a0 rating.I arrived from Singapore this morning at 9.30am flight no. SQ478, as confirmed flight details, the driver did not turn up, walked up and down looking for him . When I rang his number, got a voicemail , unavailable and he did not return my call so ended up catching a taxi. Very dissapointing. Will request a refund of AU $45.23 US$29 as per receipt.

Booked a ride to airport in Madrid. No pickup time provided and when I called to find out, person on other end spoke no English and my Spanish wasn’t helping. Finally asked hotel concierge to help and even she was confused! Finally got a straight connection to the driver to confirm a pick up time.

Super fast and easy online process. No hidden fees. Fair price for the ride. Very personable driver. Enjoyed our chat. All in all, I highly recommend this airport service!!

The system accepts my credit card for my first reservation. However, the system does not accept my card for the subsequent reservations.

No zero or minus to be given for that scam company .
I was checking on airport pick up from the hotel in Janice and I was told it was canceled !!!!
If I waited the ride we would have never made it to the airport !!!

Very easy to reserve a vehicle and the individual I spoke with when I called was very helpful.

The whole process was very easy from start to finish. Good website, well explained and simple to use to obtain the required taxi service. Takes all of the doubt out of your mind about being ripped off when travelling.

Our driver was very friendly and got us exactly where we needed to go. He was even honest when he realized my sister left her purse in the car. The only thing missing was the meet and greet at the airport so it was hard finding the driver but he explained why he didn’t meet us in the airport and everything was fine. One suggestion for the drivers would be to ask passengers if they would like the AC tuned on instead of windows rolled down as my ears were hurting from the windows being rolled down.

I had no problem booking our ride.The website was very clear in what I had to do.

Ride and was fine when we found each other communication beforehand was a little bit lacking. I had to chase the Customer Service number to get contact with the driver which was a bit stressful.
Trevor was really friendly and accommodating. English was not great but translation app was easy enough to use to communicate.
