I couldn’t recommend Jay Nicks highly enough. From start to finish, the knowledge, care, and genuine passion shown by Prathmesh was exceptional. I was guided through every decision with expert advice, patience, and total transparency, which made the whole process feel effortless and exciting. The attention to detail was second to none, and the final result was nothing short of a masterpiece. The ring exceeded every expectation and perfectly captured what I was hoping for (and more).

When I went to him, I had a very rough sketch of the kind of ring I wanted to buy but his patience in understanding the design I had in my mind made it a very clear picture for both of us and the final product was better than what I had first sketched out.
Not only the design, but him being able to work within my budget made me realize that this was more than just business to him, and that he really does enjoy being able to make peoples special occasions more special through his products.

Wonderful personal service. Jay Nick produced an engagement ring for me, PLUS our subsequent wedding rings. On both occasions we discussed what we wanted, choosing a diamond, and then an idea of style. My wedding ring was a custom piece that includes crushed up rock from where I proposed.

Thrilled by the craftsmanship and serviced provided to me to redesigned my much loved jewellery into a three piece set.
