Hi, I’m Jayne Wetton. Let me tell you a little bit about myself. I’ve been working in the health and wellness sector both overseas (Malaysia, Hong Kong , Singapore) and here in the uk (London & Birmingham) for the past 30 years. During this time I have managed health clubs & studios, delivered and managed children’s fitness programmes, designed and delivered fitness courses & workshops for fellow fit pros, worked in further education as a fitness tutor/lecturer, delivered cancer and cardiac rehab programmes in conjunction with charities and local authorities whilst at the same time maintaining a personal training client base and delivering a vast array of group exercise & mind body classes via private clubs and major gym chains. 5 years ago I launched my own Fitness & Sports Therapy business delivering specialist & general community fitness classes along side sports massage therapy, personal training and continuing to work as consultant/trainer/educator for several charities including Solihull Heart Support Group, Breast Cancer Now and I’m currently working with Diabetes UK. With the growth and demand in online fitness I have also developed an online/ondemand space where you can enjoy an extensive variety of multi level fitness and mind body classes on a membership or payg basis. Excellent Pilates Course

All of Jayne’s classes and videos are accessible for all abilities and fun to do.
This Pilates course is a good introduction to Pilates for beginners and an excellent refresher for more experienced Pilates practitioners.
I would recommend it, and all of Jayne’s exercise sessions to anybody.

Highly recommend Jayne Wetton

Great fitness and well-being options with Jayne Wetton - both online and f2f. Really enjoy the 15 and 30 mins online classes, which boost your day. Just completed a 6 week menofit course with Jayne - excellent course content, daily support & good balance of workouts. She is so knowledgeable and has great suggestions if you have specific issues. I would highly recommend this course and any of her workouts.

Jayne is so knowledgeable, she's always their for all the ladies who join menofit & all the other classes that Jayne has to offer
Jayne offers great recipes to help with better nutrition along with the exercise
Above all Jayne makes all her classes & courses so much fun, I've never enjoyed keeping healthy & fit so much

Absolutely fantastic program that I…

Absolutely fantastic program that I would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone wanting to know and understand more about their journey into menopause.

Jayne is attentive and cares deeply for all her ladies however what sets her apart is her commitment to ensuring we receive up to date evidence based information. Her knowledge is just incredible! I have learned so so much.

Working with Jayne I feel so much better in just five weeks….im eating better sleeping better and exercising regularly again.

100% recommend without any hesitation!!

Jayne Wetton Fitness…5 star!

Jayne has years of experience in fitness and uses this experience to motivate and guide you through your fitness. I have always found Jaynes session brilliant….energising, varied and fun. And Jayne’s recipes are AMAZING! I’d have her cook my meals daily!

Jayne is an absolute star

Jayne is an absolute star. I discovered her workouts during lockdown and have been hooked every since. 15 minute work outs are a perfect way to start the day. Just long enough to give your start to the day a boost. I recommend Jayne to everyone. Her fitness classes have changed my life.

I’ve been joining Jayne’s classes for…

I’ve been joining Jayne’s classes for a few years now and her 15 minute group has helped me find a variety of different exercises that I really enjoy. I never would have tried them before. There is so much choice and always new content so never gets samey! All mixed in with some great music and humour!

Pilates classes

Both Jayne’s online and her face to face Pilates classes are brilliant. Exercises are achievable for all with the option to do a more challenging level if you choose to. Oh and she’s also very entertaining, personable and funny!!

Motivating experience

Jayne is a great instructor keeping the classes well co-ordinated with a warm friendly but professional touch.

Amazing classes

I absolutely love Jayne’s classes!There is so much choice, but I can honestly say that I enjoy them all. Jayne is an amazing teacher and motivator, as well as being a really lovely person. You can’t get any better than that!

I was thinking to myself the other day about our Monday body pump class where we met all those years ago. I taught that class for about 16 years I reckon (maybe more). I had participants that came to the session for as many years (it was a busy class approx 45 - 50 folk) and all I had chance to do was to say a quick hello and goodbye to everyone each week. Very little time to find out very much about my lovely participants.

Now after all this time our online format allows me to chat to you nearly every day and I now consider you a dear friend as well as a cherished member.
