Ordered two used vinyl records from a seller, both were listed and sold as being in Excellent (M) condition. Well packaged and received with no damage to the package, but both records are in terrible shape. Tons of scratches, noise, pops and clicks... total garbage! Wrote to Jauce.com Customer Support SIX TIMES and received ZERO replies. Chargeback with Paypal initiated. STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU STAY AWAY.

Absolutely wonderful people! You can have total confidence in dealings with Jauce. I recently made my seventh purchase of parts for my Yamaha SRV250 from Jauce. The bike was never sold in the UK so finding parts was impossible. I can’t say enough good things about Jauce! Completely trustworthy, great help and communication, and packaging is carried out with care and is extremely good. If they had been dropped from an aircraft the parts would not have been damaged! I have nothing but praise for Jauce, they helped me through my first purchase, the sales team are wonderful, really nice, friendly, supportive, efficient people. My latest purchase arrived in less than two weeks, in perfect condition as have all my purchases through Jauce. Highly recommended, and thank you, Jauce!

I can’t say enough good things about the shipping department of Jauce. I have been purchasing items for Jauce since March of 2022. There has been 28 packages sent to me in South Africa and my 29th package is arriving soon. Every time and I say every time these packages have been wrapped thoroughly and protected. Not one time have I been disappointed. I can’t say that with any other company I have dealt with including eBay and amazon. May Jauce continue to be consistent in their distribution of merchandise purchased and mailed abroad.

I won a bid on a kitchenknife and receive a totally different old used knife instead of the new conditioned was displayed
I have contacted Jauce they didnt want to help me at all .They came up with all kind of nonsense excuses why they cant help me .

Jauce is an intermediary between you and places like Yahoo actions Japan and sellers on their platform.
The packing and shipping company is actually Nichido Logistics, a big outfit who take care of all the paperwork and hassle - but you pay a premium for the service.

Jauce take a commission on the final value of your purchase and they also charge a fee when you deposit money into your account.
Plus they charge a local shipping fee from the seller to their warehouse. They collect GST on the entire value of goods and shipping if you're in Australia.
All these fees add up, so know what you are getting into before you commit to buy.

You can consolidate your purchases to ship together and they give you the choice of Airmail and surface if you aren't in a hurry.

I placed a ship order on Friday morning and it was at my door in Australia the following Tuesday. So it's quick and professionally packed, Maybe over packed?
But a trusted service you can rely on.

Sure the packing is great but their service is extremely expensive. A guitar I won at $902 became $1395 after all the fees. Those fees are astronomical. I will never use Jauce ever again. From now on I'll use Zenmarket - definitely a lot more appropriate when it comes to shipping, the quality of packing and the significantly lower fees

2nd time I buy through Jauce from Japan. The shipping price is high if you ask for faster delivery.. I live in Romania.. but the packaging was outstanding! I bought some ceramics pieces and some vintage wooden plates and bowls and other Japanese Tea Ceremony related items. Their care for my package was beyond amazing. Everything was extra secured and arrived in pristine condition. I will be ordering through Jauce again!

I had never used a Japan proxy before, so one tip to buyers like me is to be aware of extra charges and customs fees when it arrives in your country, but if you’re okay with these charges, it’s totally worth using Jauce due to how safely packaged everything was and how good at replying quickly they are, relaying questions to sellers for you and so on. It’s definitely worth paying a bit extra to have your item sent to you quickly and safe.
I’m now the proud owner of so many Kuromi Sanrio items I am so happy 😍 the quality of the products was also so much better than the pictures show.

I use Jauce a lot and have had countless parcels shipped.
Generally a very good proxy service however the fees are really starting to mount up now which is starting to make buying from Japan the cheaper option. This along with the obscene shipping prices and import tax.... Yeah, not cheap!
Packaging is great but can feel really quite over the top. Almost like they try to justify charging you the same as the items cost you in packaging, by putting everything in a huge box.
It would be much better if you had the option for excess packing for fragile items or condensed packing to keep shipping prices down.
