This company ripped me off. They never sent in my items and for 6 months. They've been telling me my items were out of stock and would be Sent soon!Six months later, I haven't received anything and not my refund either.

To whom can I report this company?? It sucks that they keep asking me to accept partial refunds and not telling me how to return the item. I want a full refund which I've stated several times to no avail!!! Do we have ANY recourse?

The worst. I never recive my order. And my refund never got it. I have been fighting with them today I called my bank for my refund. I am willing to do whatever it takes. I am no willing to give my money as a gift for them I was de worst experencie buying for them. I prefet form shein o temu.

I made a purchase of over 10 pieces, they only shipped 3 pieces and they look nothing like the pictures and are of poor quality. I asked for a refund and they kept offering discounts for next purchase or 20-50% refund only instead of full refund. Do not buy from them! It has been over a month and I still haven't received my refunds yet.

Very bad experience, please do not make purchases on this page. The clothes are poor quality, they do not correspond to the photos and they also do not make refunds.

I also ordered from this company, the dress looked like a 3 year old sewed it. I have asked for a full refund, not 6% which was their first offer and to keep the dress. I am up to 60%, but I want a full refund. Buyer beware.

I ordered a $39 jumpsuit. The outfit was too small and did not look like the picture they posted. I have tried to contact them for an address to return. The company has offered me an 8% refund and a 30% refund. This is totally unacceptable. I have even offered to pay for the return shipping. This company is not reputable and I would steer clear of them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I placed an order for $240.00. Three pieces were not sent to me and only one of the items fit. This company has refused to refund my order. I have offered to pay return shipping and they have wasted hours of my time with offers of 25 percent refund....they told me to give the pieces to a friend and get no refund at all....it has been ridiculous. I do not understand how it is even LEGAL to refuse to refund items I never even recieved but paid for in good faith. I would strongly advise against EVER ordering anything from Jasperbelly!!!!

The return policy on their website is very misleading. They do not offer full refunds. They first offered a 20% credit. I filed a complaint with PayPal and after 3 more offers, the best they could do was a 50% refund. The quality of the clothes is lacking and sizing was off. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

I have been waiting for over a month and never received the goods....they are saying that it was received however cant produce any details of where it was delivered or even the tracing information to say who signed for it....Im presuming this is a complete scam and I will be reporting the company for sure.

I ordered over a month ago and I’ve received nothing! No shipping information if confirmation of my order. Lesson learned! I’m reporting fraud to my credit card!!

This dress was too small, sewn incorrectly so it is impossible to wear. They offered 10%refund, there is no way I am giving them access to my card number again! I believe the refund will be another way to scam. I knew it was fishy when I saw there were NO TAGS in the dress! I believe they are selling other companies defective products.

Never recieved product. Shows delivered, but it did not deliver… never trust them again.

Scam for sure. My experience is the same as all of these . Hopefully my bank will refund my money. I will also see how to report this to BBB or sometimg .

Poor quality. Oversized… small is xxl in linen suits. I’ve been emailing and emailing to return items within 15 days of receiving and was offered10% refund. SCAM. All on here we should contact authorities and get them shut down or put in a position to refund for all returned items.

Jumpsuit was too small and took a month to get here. Poor quality of clothes and customer service is non existent!

Horrible! The quality of this clothing is terrible! I wanted to return for a refund within 10 days…more because the hole for your head is the size of an arm hole!!
They told me I need to take all these pictures and measure!
How stupid…get with the times people!

I guess I got scammed too. I ordered three two dresses and one jumpsuit and thought I would get it way ahead of time. It’s been four weeks now. I’m so sad.😭
