Fantastic Renovation

We would like to open by saying that dealing with Jarrods has been a refreshing experience. When looking for changes to your home you first look for quality at a reasonable price and then hope you find a company you can trust and will treat you with respect. We certainly did our due diligence and contacted other reputable companies as part of the process.
We can say from the very first inquiry to the final completion that we were pleased with our choice. From the first visit from Gabriel to assess our requirements, dealing with Clair at customer services and finally to meeting Chris the home fitter it has been a comfortable and reassuring experience.
Gabriel listened to our needs and explained in detail what the company could offer as well as showing us samples of the quality product available. Clair was there to provide all the information we needed at every step of the process. This included modifying our payment schedule to meet our needs. Chris, the joiner, came for two days and seemed to work 9 hours a day and did not seem to stop even when he had a cup of tea. What a fantastic work ethic, high quality workmanship and what an advertisement for his company.
These works are expensive, but when you want to achieve quality, you need to pay the going rate and as a result, we have obtained the quality product we wanted.
We would like to say “well done to you all at Jarrods, you deserve your excellent reputation, and you have certainly delivered for us.
We can unreservedly recommend anyone looking for a new or renovated staircase to involve Jarrods in your project. We think you will be delighted

Outstanding company to work with!!

When you undertake a “back to brick” restoration of an Edwardian house, you need best in class business partners, with proven expertise, craftsmanship and a strong work ethic to see the project through. To tackle (head on) all of the hurdles and setbacks, a period home will throw back at you. Jarrods are all of these “must have’s and more. A Kew based architect firm made a monumental architectural oversight (only discovered deep into the build) in stairwell drawing and design to the extent that 2 staircase companies would not even consider taking on the project without costly remedial and retrospective structural changes. Thankfully when the Architect firm cut and run, we came across Jarrods, who in contrast stood shoulder to shoulder with us until they arrived at a solution for 2 staircases (a traditional oak stringer staircase and self supporting zig-zag staircase) capable of meeting all of the requirements as determined by building control. What impressed me most with Jarrods was not just what was achieved (which can only be realised through years of experience) but how its was achieved. They helped guide us through all of the building control requirements and when additional requests were mandated (e.g. fire rating the staircase) Jarrods researched and came back with effective solutions that were acceptable and approved by building control. I even had the pleasure of working directly with the owner Jarrod himself on our staircase who completed the final parts of the staircase in readiness for building control sign off - great leadership and dedication in action . We are truly delighted with our beautiful two Oak staircases and would without hesitation strongly recommend Jarrods and its great team of experts. Also a note of thanks to Jarrods for the subtle personalisation of our staircase.

Wowie!!!!! just has this amazing company fit our stunning staircase. Superb job, stylish design & an expert fitter who was also charming, called Matt. Couldn't have wished for a better installation. They may not be the cheapest but my goodness they are certainly the best. No hesitation in recommending them if you want a worry free top notch job. Simply the best.
