Ask for Liliana!
I had been trying to learn to drive on and off for years with various instructors with no luck and then gave up for nearly 7 years. I finally decided to learn to drive. Even though I had done maybe 100+ hours I just couldn’t get driving no matter what so I had really low expectations.
I booked a starter session and was allocated Liliana, when I looked at reviews she had fantastic reviews so I decided to go for it and it was the best decision I’ve made.
Liliana is a fantastic instructor. After explaining my problems in the past and that I had ADHD, she amended her teaching to what would work for me. She was so supportive and never shouted or ever made me feel bad. When I got overwhelmed in lessons- she would ask me to pull over and give me encouragement.
I never ever thought I would pass but Liliana didn’t give up on me even when I wanted to. She always puts her students first and I’m so grateful she was my teacher. I passed first time with 5 minors after doing lessons with exclusively her and I couldn’t be more grateful. I will really miss our lessons and want to tell future learners not to give up. It is hard to find a decent instructor but Liliana is truly one of a kind. Thank you again Liliana and Jarretts- I will forever be grateful and will always recommend you to my friends/ family moving forward.

Passed the first time with only one minor, all thanks to Vikas - I couldn't have asked for a better instructor. As a complete beginner, I appreciated his patience, constructive feedback, and real-life anecdotes, making every lesson genuinely enjoyable and effective. He identified weak points early and worked through them with me until I felt truly confident behind the wheel. His great sense of humour and easy-going banter made the whole experience feel relaxed and achievable rather than daunting. Would recommend Vikas if you're looking to learn automatic!

Passed today with Vikas Rode in Borehamwood, he showed great patience with me especially at the start when I had little confidence and due to me having dyspraxia I find driving a little more difficult but his high quality teaching and patience instilled confidence in me, overall he is a great and methodical teacher with a warm personality and I highly recommend him if you want to learn automatic!

My instructor was MS.MIHAELA & she was…
My instructor was MS.MIHAELA & she was amazing. I came to her with a decent amount of experience, however after not passing my 1st driving test I was very disheartened but Mihaela helped me to improve & i’ve just passed today. She helped me rebuild confidence & guided me throughout my journey. Thanks to her dedication & kindness I was able to pass. Im so beyond grateful for having her as my instructor, I could’ve have done it without her.

Asdren was amazing and supported me the whole way to pass first time in Pinner. He was patient in explaining concepts clearly, which really boosted my confidence. His teaching style made the manoeuvres much more approachable and he ensured to give valued constructive feedback to help me improve. I had a fantastic round of refresher lessons with Adel, he really helped to build my confidence in just a few lessons to get me back on the roads. He was always punctual, patient, has a great teaching style with great examples and reference points. I would definitely recommend working with him.

Great driving school
I had around 40 lessons with Darshan and I can say he was a great teacher with a very calm and patient approach to driving. Even when I made mistakes he clearly explained things and made it easy to improve each lesson.

My experience with Jarrets was fantastic from start to end. My instructor, Asdren, was patient and kind, always taking his time to go through things with me properly. This helped to build my confidence massively. I took my test and passed first time because of Asdren’s tuition. Not only was Asdrens tuition top tier but he was flexible with timings and dates, this was very helpful as someone who has a non-corporate job schedule. I would recommend Jarrets to anyone from complete beginner to ready to pass. Thank you!

So I have had the privilege and opportunity to have had Vikas Rodes as my tutor. When I came back to Vikas I was anxious and didn’t enjoy driving due to having an angry bully ruining my confidence tutor from a different company. Vikas helped me to gain confidence and to enjoy driving again which was a big deal. Seriously this dude is dedicated to you passing your test first time. He has so many niche ways of teaching and giving examples and guidance. I am neurodivergent, and have to be taught in particular ways. Vikas was armed, patient, and just really helpful. I am very grateful for this. Being able to focus on my weaknesses with no shame was extremely helpful. I had a great experience with jarrets driving school because Vikas. I passed I am pleased and I recommend that you choose Vikas if given the choice, he has a passion for his job and is great company and teacher. Top guy. Thank you 🙏🏼

I passed my driving test first time thanks to Lewis
I passed first time with Lewis as my instructor and couldn’t have asked for a better teacher. I’d put learning to drive off for years, so I knew I needed someone patient and supportive rather than overly critical. Lewis was exactly that. He explained everything clearly and made each lesson feel calm and manageable, which really helped build my confidence.
I always enjoyed my lessons with him and felt extremely well-prepared by the time my test came around.
I originally chose Jarrett’s because the pricing was much more affordable than the bigger schools like AA or BSM, but I stayed because the quality of teaching was excellent.
The online booking system can be a little tricky to use because instructors are in such high demand, so I’d recommend getting in touch by phone or email to arrange a schedule. I found my instructor and the customer service communicative and helpful.

Jarretts Driving School.
I highly recommend Mark Day as a driving instructor. He is patient, encouraging, and really helped build my confidence. Particularly as I am an older learner and quite nervous in the beginning. Mark explains everything clearly and creates a calm, supportive environment that made my lessons enjoyable.
Thanks to his great teaching, I passed my driving test today (11/03/26) first time with only 3 minors. I’m very grateful for his support and would definitely recommend him to anyone learning to drive.

Amazing driving instructor
What can I say I have had 5 driving instructors that was not good over 20 year on and off of lessons 3 fails in a manual car. I started again in October of last year had zero confidence. Found Vikas Rode whom is amazing driving instructor. Now I have more confidence and I have just passed in an automatic first time and it down to Vikas Rode. Thank you so much x
