Save yourself the stress, do not shop from this brand.
I purchased three dresses from this company, and they were nothing like the photos advertised. The images online were extremely deceiving, what arrived was cheap material, poorly made, and of very low quality.
When I requested a return and refund, I was told to post the items back to an address in the USA, even though they had been shipped to me from Australia. The company refused to cover the return postage (which would have been very expensive) and instead offered me only 30% back if I kept the items.
After weeks of back-and-forth emails, they finally agreed to refund 80% of my money and keep the items. This was a complete waste of my time and left me disgusted with their customer service.
This company makes returns deliberately difficult, and the products are not at all what they appear to be online. I don’t want anyone else to go through the same experience I did. Save yourself the stress, do not shop from this brand.

Avoid
Avoid! I brought a dress from here and when it came the sizes were way off from the size guide. I asked them for the return process and they offered to refund me a small percentage and for me to keep the dress. I said I wanted full refund and they said I would have to pay to return. It cost me £15 to return as they are based in Poland and they didn’t accept the delivery so it was sent back to me and I only received 40% refund.

Total scam . Beware. Order a dress . Received a cheap quality one totally different from the picture . The second part of the dress is not at all wearable. It doesn’t have sleeves . These are scammers . When asked for return they are asking me to send it to Poland 😂. Yeah right in Polans in cold weather ppl wear such thin short dresses. Bloody frauds .

After contacting Client Services, they provided the most careful assistance, ensuring my order was expedited and handled with genuine attention. AVOID Jardinvue at all cost. The one star comments are not fabricated or exaggerated. I wish I read them before my purchase. What you get does not match what is on the website at all!
Sizes are wrong, length is different and you won’t receive the colors you order. I got beige dresses when i ordered white. And like everyone else, they offer partial refunds or you have to return to a country that will cost you just as much.
This is a big scale scam operation and I’m disappointed at the heavy promotion instagram is doing for them.

I placed an order online from this company and it turned out to be one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. The product arrived torn and defective. Their website clearly states that you have the right to return items, but this is just a lie! I wanted to return the product, but I have received no response whatsoever. They don’t reply to my emails or any other attempts to contact them.
I am still trying to get in touch with them, but they completely ignore all my emails. This is nothing short of a scam. I’ve never dealt with a company so irresponsible and disrespectful towards their customers. Their products are low quality, their customer service is basically non-existent, and once they take your money, they disappear.
I strongly warn everyone considering buying from this company: Do not, under any circumstances, purchase anything from them. You will lose your money and get frustrated. This is a total disgrace!
