AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COST.

I RECEIVED A SO CALLED WHITE MAXI DRESS AND I THOUGHT IT WAS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL DRESS FOR MY CIVIL WEDDING.
MY SIZE IS SMALL AND I RECEIVED AN EXTRA LARGE SIZE WITH A TAG S.
AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COST. I CANNOT EVEN FIND THE RETURN POLICY IN THEIR WEBSITE. THE MATERIAL IS SO CHEAP LIKE A CURTAIN AND THE PADDINGS ARE VERY OBVIOUS. AND I LOOKED STUPID UPON FITTING IT.

I FEEL VERY FOOLED. THEIR WEBSITE IS IN AMERICA BUT THE SENDER IS FROM GERMANY. SCAMMERS ARE EVERYWHERE.
CONTINUE DOING ILLEGAL BUSINESS. AT THE END OF THE DAY.
GOD WILL LET YOU REPAY ALL THE BAD STUFF YOU ARE DOING.

Quality of the clothes is really low and not as per the description. I was not able to return them as it is not possible out of the UAE.

I had a problem and they fixed faster than any other shop I deal with it before.
They have a problem with clothes sizes so take care when you order from them.

Customer service never got back to me when I tried theee times to initiate a return/exchange

I am overall satisfied with my purchase, I just think their photographer is really great at their job because the quality looks really high in the photos vs the actual product. I think the product is worth the price however when ordering I thought I was really saving money 😂 their returns aren’t as bad as I was expecting, they were pretty helpful in my case while I ordered 2 of the same dress in the same size lol overall I am satisfied and may order again in the future

My money totally stolen, I ordered two dresses one was broken and second one 3 weeks later (I told them I ordered both for important occasions) they just played around with the policy return, I kept emailing (these 3 weeks) them about the return and honestly they just played with me trying to get me discounts which I don't need, and YESTERDAY April 28th they send email offering 10% valid till April 30th.

This shop is stealing designs from other brands. They steal designs from brands such as Agua by Agua Bendita, Rosa Clará. Please do a reverse image search on the products before buying.

Don’t expect good quality when it’s a dupe… especially when it’s a dupe from an incredible fashion brand. From what I’ve read on here the customer service is horrible when it comes to complaints/refunds. They make up their own rules. People beware.. always shop through PayPal or with creditcard so you’re insured in case of any problems!!!!

I bought a dress from Jardinvue only to find out after I purchased it, their dresses are dupes. What first tipped me off was everytime I clicked on the tracking number it said package not found. It did eventually come on time but I could never see its location when I tracked it.
Right away I saw the dress was not the same color as the dress. And thought I'm normally a medium, I ordered a large but it was still too small. There sizes are not accurate.

The customer service is fast in the beginning but once I asked for my shipping label (that they say they will deduct from the return) I didn't get a reply back. I fear that my experience will be the same as others: I'll return it and not see my money back.
I definitely won't be buying again

So disappointed. The fabric is very poor. I’d like to return the dress but they don’t accept returns from Italy, and this was not specified in the site! After my complaint they offer me 40% refund, I was so disappointed. I didn’t accept because I just wanted to return my dress and have my money back. So they offer me 50% refund. I thought it was my best option so I accepted it. I’ve lost just 30$, but I think this is so unfair! If I knew I couldn’t return the dress I wouldn’t buy it! Just a little more information on the site and I would not write this awful review.

The dress that I received looked nothing like the one advertised on the webiste, the pattern was completely different to the one in the picture.
I returned it, had to pay for delivery costs, which is unheard of and the only time ever I've had to pay for delivery costs to have a clothing item returned ... and they didn't even reimburse me the expected amount ...
I won't ever be buying from Jardinvue again, least of all recommending it to anyone.

I ordered two dresses. One took 2 weeks to arrive, the other one is never shipped. I ordered S but it is obviously too big for me, and S is their smallest size. The dress looks cute, but the left side patterns are a bunch of snakes... it is too much for me. And this detail is intentionally hidden on the item page.

I asked for a return but the customer service says the shipping fee will be costly so they recommend a resend. Size running large is no way my problem, according to their website I don't have to pay the shipping fee. However, I agreed to have the $9 shipping fee deducted from the refund. Then the customer service person (Sophia) never replied.

I received a system notification of the return approval, however, when I clicked print the label, it says the store is unavailable. I contacted Sophia twice but they keeps being silent. No one replies to tell me how and when the refund will be handled. I strongly feel this could be a scam. Stop doing evil!

great quality true to size and same as picture i love it so much

I was afraid this was a scam site but I ordered 2 dresses anyways to check them out. I paid for priority shipping. One dress was on its way right away but the other one was not. I messaged Jardinvue to ask why the other dress was not shipped out and they got back to me right away saying it was out of stock and will ship soon. I was a little worried but they did provide! Both dreses did show up! What i noticed is that it is the same dress in the photos but they must use short girls because both dresses were much much shorter in person. Overall, Im impressed with the customer service and the dresses however, keep in mind they are not as long as they show online.
