I have been using Shiseido “Tactics”…
I have been using Shiseido “Tactics” for nearly 40 years. It has been difficult to locate them. When I saw an ad about “Japan with love” store, and that cologne is available, I was delighted. I ordered 5 bottles, the price was reasonable and came with free shipping. I received the products about 10 days after ordering. Considering this is overseas shipping and had to clear custom, I think it arrived in a good time. Packing was well secured. Thank you “Japan with love”.

Warning to UK customers
Warning to UK customers: You WILL be charged additional customs duties and taxes on top of your order total. I was charged an extra £55.63 by FedEx upon delivery, which was not made clear during checkout. US customers get duties prepaid but UK customers do not. Factor in an extra 20-25% on top of whatever you spend. Had I known this, I would not have ordered. Products are fine but the lack of transparency on additional charges for non-US customers is unacceptable.

Untrustworthy seller
I made an order of approximately AUD $320. Some of the bottle lids were received with hairline cracks, which the company acknowledged as being caused by being "under pressure during transportation."
The remedy they offered is a partial refund of AUD $10. I refused this abysmal remedy because as the items are un-useable, a full refund should be given. They then stated that unless I have a video of the unboxing, to demonstrate that the items arrived defective, they will not offer me a refund.
As a customer, I expected the goods to arrive in a pristine condition. Hence, I didn't take a video of the unboxing. If they demanded a video of this unboxing, I can just as rightfully expect them to send me a video of them packing the goods.
They then did a partial back paddle and said that they have a return label ready to send me and all I need to do is to send them a video of the defective goods. I have done so and they have not responded.
When I tried to ring them within their operation hours, it goes straight to voice mail.
You are taking a chance in ordering from this company. You are lucky if the goods arrive in good condition. However, you should be prepared to write it off as a loss if they send defective goods and or if the goods are damaged in transit because you will not hear from them again.
