Takes time to despatch
It took a week for them to despatch my order. When I received the delivery notification, I expected my order to be sent on the same day, but it was not the case. It took three days for them to actually despatch my order. Found it's quite slow service, except for responding to our messages.

Great company. Excellent communication on order status & explanation of current tariff situation. Quick shipment. This is my 2nd order with them and I will order again in the future. It's wonderful to be able to order a product (Ohta Isan) that I discovered on a trip to Japan.

I discovered japanese cosmetics about 6 years ago through Japan with Love. I keep ordering products I already know and trying new ones twice a year to supply my self with a great quality skin care. The communication through customer service is great. In case any help needed customer service representative getting in touch in a couple of hours despite the different time zone (I live in Canada). I'll keep ordering through "Japan with Love" and keep spreading the word about it to my friends and other potential customers.
