Misleading photo, advertising. Bracelet way too small, almost microscopic. Makes one wonder about the authenticity of materials. Would never have bought it in a store.

Incredible craftsmanship. Understated elegance. The ring for my husband exceeded my expectations. My husband said it felt smooth and comfortable on. Perfect balance. Perfect finish. Modern and stylish. Wooden box for the ring adds a beautiful artisanal touch. Complimentary bracelet was also a nice surprise. 10 stars !!

It is well made, and the delivered package was wonderful. I haven't worn it much, though, yet.

Firstly the product is great. Received the ring and bracelet gift as ordered. Having worn the ring for a month or so now it’s very comfortable and fits well. There was some difficulty with the shipping but this was quickly reorganised with a few emails. Overall I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

First order was wrong size (my fault). They were easy to work with on exchange. My new bracelet fits perfect and really looks good. Excellent craftsmanship and quality. I highly recommend their products.

There was an inventory issue with my original order, and instead of brushing it off, they took accountability, waived the expedited shipping fee, and even included an additional bracelet as a thoughtful gesture. I cannot express how much I adore this bracelet. The onyx beads ground me and compliment so many of my outfits. Not only did you deliver a product that matches yours advertisement, you’ve impressed me so much that I will continue to shop and purchase through you in the future.

Bracelet is wonderful quality … above expectations. Only thing I would do differently is I would order a special engraving on the gift box. Box is great but the word I chose “love” was on a small little silver colored rectangles glued onto the box. It looked like it should have been a $3 up charge tops (instead of the $25 charge.)

Communication was excellent. Quality exceeded my expectations. The engraved leather box made it even more unique as a special birthday gift for my friend.
