Steven was a pleasure to deal with from staff to finish!

I enquired about a freshly imported Honda Stepwagon for sale. As I wanted to minimise travelling with my young lad I asked to as much information on the car as possible prior to travel. Steven sent me a walk around HD video of the interior and exterior, highlighting the smallest of age related marks so I knew exactly what to expect. I was happy and I sent a deposit for the vehicle.

A week later I went to collect the vehicle, it was exactly as described, Steven spent a long time with us making sure me and my wife liked it and most importantly it got the approval of little boss! The handover was excellent, we were shown how every single feature of the car worked, we both test drove and Steven made sure we were both 100 percent happy to buy! Of course we shook hands and had a lovely journey home in our new family bus.

On top of all this, Steven then offered to keep in touch in the future, he is sourcing us parts from Japan including some subtle modifications, an audio upgrade and interior upgrades. He also offered his ongoing support sourcing any parts for future maintenance and advice.

To summarise having bought several used cars in the past, this has without a doubt been my most pleasant car buying experience, and that’s all down to the quality of vehicle and the high level of service provided, Steven really does offer the full package; not many out there like him. Would certainly get in touch for our next vehicle… maybe a nice weekend s2000 for me and the boy when he’s older! :)

came across Steven while searching the internet for a Honda Stepwagon , saw the car and took it for a test drive, no pressure to buy at all , he was very helpful explaining all about the car even where to get the correct oil for the next service, the car was spotless and the best condition of all the ones i had seen previously, all communication was perfect with constant updates during the cars registration process, even came with a warranty, i would Highly recommend this company if you are a looking for a quality vehicle.

Friendly, Efficient & Knowledgable Service from SBT Hobbies & Autos. Steven went above & beyond in arranging a set of roof bars for my Honda Stepwagon R7. The bars are excellent quality and look great on the car. The costing & arrival time was also competitive with other quality brands, despite their journey from Japan. A superb sales experience. Steven was very honest, open, knowledgeable and showed high confidence when he explained everything to us about the Honda Stepwagon which we have now purchased. We were even filled with confidence about the after-sale care that was in placed as this vehicle is an import and was a bit worried if we get stuck in the future about anything. He also give us information about the different social media groups that makes up individuals with similar vehicles were we can draw upon for ideas or ask questions. An amazing sales experience from an open, friendly and honest person. I have taken some time before writing this review as I wanted to ensure the vehicle purchased is, as described and I am pleased to say I have not been disappointed.

Unfortunately my year began with the need to buy a new vehicle. Having identified what I wanted, Honda stepwagon, details were sparse especially being an import. I was not as clued up about the product as I would have liked to have been and sceptical about being on the receiving end of a dubious sales person. As you can imagine, not many were will to answer or return my call on the morning of New Year’s Day, but then Steven got back to me. I will mention him in the same breath as Apple, Amazon and IKEA for his excellent customer experience, product knowledge, honesty and transparent pricing.

To be honest a car is a car and you generally get what you pay for, but the knowledge, confidence and reassurance given by Steven would make me recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

I am not one for writing reviews (even though I read them) and generally wouldn’t bother, but Steven asked if I could … sorry it took so long but had to be sure. I would suggest, if you still have doubts and he has the items you need, give him a call.

Steven provided a knowledgeable service and made every effort to answer questions about the vehicle. The vehicle itself was well presented and the exchange of documents flawless. The location to view was also ideal - under cover when it was raining heavily. He took time to walk us through the features and has continued to support after purchase when we've had questions. He's also helped to source and order extra parts from Japan, which reduces hassle to us. We're happy customers.

I purchased a Honda Odyssey from Steven and couldn’t recommend him enough I didn’t see the car as I was unable to get down to him but when he delivered it it was just as described I couldn’t be happier and the price was one of the cheapest around I had excellent communication from Steven all the way through the process from start to finish would highly recommend him and will definitely look to him again for my next car

This was the first time I have purchased an imported car (Honda Stepwagon) and Steven from Japanautos made the whole process super easy. Really flexible on viewing times, car was exactly as described. On the test drive he covered everything I needed to know and clearly knew his business. Really clear communication through the registration process. Final handover was really professional within the timeframe initially given. Excellent service from start to finish and would recommend without hesitation. First class :-)

Steven was an absolute pleasure to deal with, showed us the car after work in the dark one day and then returned the following Sunday to do the same but in daylight. Extremely accommodating to show me service history and assure me of any concerns I had. Took us on a test drive and was happy for us to swap a few times so myself and my other half could both try.
All in all compared to most traders made us feel very comfortable and was very patient, answered all questions we could throw at him. 10/10 would buy from him again. Thanks Steven for being so easy and nice to deal with :) 😎
