I brought 3 pyrite anklets.

I brought 3 pyrite anklets.

1 product was found defective when we opened the box.

The threads are so thin and 3rd class in quality that the second bracelet for broken in 2/3 days itself.

There's no proper customer care and return/replacement policy.

DONT EVER BUY THE PRODUCTS From JAPAM. ONE OF THE WORST PRODUCT AND SERVICES RECEIVED.

If there was zero star option I would have opted for that.

The site claims they offer quick and…

The site claims they offer quick and hassle free return and exchange. I received a damaged product of which o shared a video. They said for such issues, inboxing video is mandatory. How would anyone know that the product inside is defective and I need to have an inboxing video. After that they still said they will arrange a replacement if o pay 100rs which o did and shared screenshot of payment but nothing till date. All they reply always is we tried contacting you even though o have said clearly please speak via email as o can’t take calls during my work hours. They do not seem genuine to me. Please beware

I had a great experience with this japam thing. My 5mukhi was free for the first time i only pay 49 rs for delivery charges i also get certified authentication from them and a red thread which wss not proper to put in but over all if you see the rudraksh wss good. If i surpass the thread red one i love the રુદ્રાક્ષ

"Deceptive Marketing: 'Cashback' is just a Restricted Coupon"

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Japam.in. They lure customers in with the promise of a ₹500 "cashback," but this is highly misleading. In reality, it is not cashback at all - it is a 'restricted' discount code that can only be used on a future order of ₹1,000 or more.

To make matters worse, the products are priced in a way that forces you to spend at least ₹1,200 to even use the "cashback." Even then, you cannot stack this code with their "3 for 2" offer. This means you are forced to choose between a bulk discount or your earned credit, making the "cashback" virtually worthless.

This is a classic "dark pattern" designed to force repeat purchases rather than rewarding loyal customers. The pricing feels inflated just to accommodate these fake discounts. Save your money and shop elsewhere where the pricing and rewards are transparent.

Don't Buy from Japam.in | Worst Product and Cheap quality product

I had a very disappointing experience with Japam.

I ordered a 7 Mukhi Rudraksha bracelet around two months ago for about ₹600. Within just two days of receiving the product, I had already raised a concern with their support team about the poor quality of the bracelet. However, they informed me that they could only offer a replacement and not a return, which didn’t really solve the issue.

Since there was no other option, I started using the bracelet. Unfortunately, within just one month of normal daily use, the bracelet completely broke. Considering that Rudraksha bracelets are meant to be worn daily, this clearly shows how cheap and poor the build quality is.

I again contacted their support team after the bracelet broke, but there was no proper response or assistance. They were neither responsive nor helpful regarding a replacement or solution.

Overall, it turned out to be a waste of ₹600 on a low-quality product with poor customer support. I would definitely not recommend buying from Japam based on my experience.

Fake and poor quality rudraksha

I've ordered two products.. One is karungali mala and another is Rudraksha karungali mala. The Rudraksha karungali mala seems fake and is of very poor quality. I'll not recommend anyone to buy this

Wrong product delivered

Delayed Order received finally. Product quality is not 🚫 good. I ordered 7 mukhi rudraksha and got 6 Mukhi rudraksha. And free 5 Mukhi not cleaned properly.
They don't have proper support to address such a issue. Very bad experience

Fraud company need to give them to police

I request everyone not to buy, instead buy from someone who is legitimate.

I ordered 1 to 14 mukhi rudraksha mala which cost rupees 8780 and instead of that they send me rupees 1000 bracelet.

Mistake from thier end they send the wrong product.

After that I tried to contact customer service it took me 3 days to reach and then they are telling me that they wont do any replacement or refund as u have contacted us after 3 days, u need to contact us within 24 hrs. Order Id JPM1633942

They told do whatever u want to do we are not doing replacement or refund.

I wont give a single star as they ate my hard-earned money, owner will goto hell.

We all shld form a community and need to file police complaint and make the owner arrest as he is doing fraud and taking our hard-earned money.

i ordered 1 to 14 mukhi rudraksha mala and they sended me some braqcelet, when contacted customer service they told they cant hel, will not do replace and refund, do whatever u want to do.

Fake & Worst Service

Order No:JPM1641683 not received till 27/01/2026 which was booked with prepaid on 19/01/2026.

It seems it is fake and no response.
Delivery on top priority is expected.

The courier is Japam/Shiprocket/ Xpressbees
