My experience is excellent. They provide me with the lead I need. If I get good output from those, I will take a new lead from them seriously.

They gave us genuine leads through their intensive marketing. That way we were able to land closing deals!

Just simply bad leads. Paid for 5, 1 was a 5x a week lead, that really isn't looking to change, just looking for cheaper. The other 3 others small, 3k sq ft, looking for 1x a week. 1 was just a few break rooms and bathrooms. 1 told us they really aren't looking to make a change. It's hard to get leads, but my experience was not good when you pay to get "qualified" leads and 1 didn't want to change, 1 is just looking for a cheaper price and the others were simply a wast of time.

After researching several appointment setters for janitorial leads I decided to pull the trigger with janitorialleadspro.com on March 27, 2023. Barney was quick on the draw to accept payment for 5 appointments @ $125 per appointment and told me it would be several weeks before they would get all the appointments scheduled. I was ok with that because it was a trial run. After three and a half weeks I reached out for a status update. To which the reply was they were still working on it. Fast forward to the first appointment was finally schedule on May 9, 2023. If you are counting that is 6 weeks from the start date. After still not receiving all the appointments I reached out on July 10,2023 asking for a status update, with no reply and again on August 2,2023 telling me 2 more weeks it will be delivered. Today is 8/21/23 and I have only received 3 of the appointments. The lack of communication and customer service astounds me. I highly recommend using a different company then Janitorial Leads Pro
