Absolutely infuriating interface from a…

Absolutely infuriating interface from a client booking standpoint.
I suppose it works reasonably if not pedantically for booking a single practitioner but if you are trying to book back to back appointments with for example a rmt followed by a pt in the same practice it msjes you want to pull your hair out. The only way to compare schedules (because there is no othercway) is by opening up two browser tabs. The app then gets confused which practitioner you are bookeng for, and it turns into a huge mess. Even if you managed to find the two appointments you want back to back when you go to check out, it will sometimes select a different date for one of the appointments I’ve yet to put rhyme or reason to how this works, but I have taken a screen recording and prove it to myself that it actually does do this, which is horrible behavior from an app. At this point I almost go to a different practitioner who does not use jane just because it is so frustrating to use that platform. Jane app has turned into the bane of my existence.
