J&P answered the phone promptly and courteously, they know the area and knew the road in Fulham where my parents in law live and agreed to come the same afternoon to fix the tap that was broken. They came and did the job quickly and carefully and replaced the tiles they had to take off to do the job. Everything you would want from a trusted local plumber. Such piece of mind to have found a plumber we can trust and rely on - thank you J&P

J&P have been my go-to company for over ten years and have installed 2 boilers, done boiler services and other miscellaneous jobs. Most recently being a boiler installation today. The guys were all really friendly, courteous and professional and knowledgable. Would highly recommend.

Awful. J&P completely scammed and exploited my 79-year-old mother. Demanded payment in advance for work that still hasn't been finished. Constant lies about when they will fix it. This has been going on for 9 months. They should be ashamed of themselves.
Also worth noting that they have a history of using multiple company names and multiple websites, presumably to disguise the trail of damage they leave.

Avoid this company. In my personal experience they do not honour their contractual obligations. Installed a boiler for me that included 2 free yearly services. They have refused to honour their agreed commitment to carry out the second free service despite my attempts to book this by telephone and email. Do yourself a favour, avoid the stress and take your business elsewhere

What a great service. Repaired a leaking joint on pipe to downstairs toilet. Good communication and kept me updated. Price was reasonable and required tracking down parts from two suppliers. Would highly recommend and will use Jason again when need a repair. Thank you Paula

Had several plumbers around to relocate boiler.
They suggested complicated solutions that would have involved knocking through walls or unappealing aesthetics .Jeff arrived early took time to assess the problem and suggested an excellent solution without the complicated options previously suggested. New boiler fitted radiators replaced and heating system sorted.All done in a timely manner and working beautifully .Very pleased.Other work delayed mainly due to Covid lockdown had a few niggles but all being addressed.

Our Valliant boiler packed up on Sunday night and J and P seemed to be the only plumbers in London that could come round for a repair the next day... Quick quote and the boiler was fixed Monday morning so I could get in a warm shower before work!

So impressed with the service from J and P. Responsive, arrived on time and for a competitive price! Dan did a great job fitting towel rails in our upstairs and en suite bathrooms. No mess left behind and was all done within the day. Thanks a lot will be recommending them to friends👏

Very, very experienced plumber. He knew exactly what he was doing and fix my leak in my bathroom at a fair price.

Very speedy response to my initial email enquiry to Jeff. Arrived on time, found the issue, explained clearly what the problem was and what needed to be done.

He left the bathroom as neat and tidy as it was before very happy with the work, and friendly service, will definitely use again and he wore a MASK😷

I was having problems with the hot water in my shower. I rang JandP who discussed the problem with me. They came within an hour and fixed the issue in no time! Professional and efficient - would highly recommend!!

Had a leak under the bath which was leaking water into the downstairs flat. You can imagine how popular we were!😢😢

Horrendous!! Fitted a tiny cloakroom sized sink in a bathroom, replacing a normal sized sink, and refused to change this or acknowledge the issue as part of a bathroom refurbishment. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

just read on next door that you charged a vunarable person £300 for changing washers on bath taps and that you had to come back next day with these surly it is a plumbers stock item i am a site manager and deal with plumbing issues all the time why are you taking advantage in these difficult times and you man told the lady she said would it be cheaper to put new taps on and his reply was no as it would be more for turning off the water

What an utterly useless install engineer.!!!!!
Firstly I never complain but on this occasion I feel totally compelled.
I explained, at the time of booking the engineer to install my hive, that I am not good with computers and needed the complete service to install and get the app up and running.
Secondly, while trying to install the control, the engineer spent a considerable amount of time taking other jobs over the phone and not concentrating on the job at hand.
He then tried contacting Hive themselves to help him and got very frustrated with the Hive advisor before stating to me "I'll stay and do it but it's going to cost a lot!!"...........needless to say he didn't stay to complete the job.
He then asked me to make a payment for just under £500 for the installation which was not completed and which was far more than was estimated over the phone from his office....I begrudgingly made the payment against my better judgement.
Having made the payment the engineer raced off.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IF YOU WANT A RELIABLE COMPLETE JOB.
MAYBE IT WAS A BAD DAY FOR THE ENGINEER BUT HE LEFT ME VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH SUCH APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!
I had to contact another firm to attend and set the system up.
