Had a great experience with this moving company — the whole process was extremely smooth and efficient. Booking a delivery slot was easy, and collection was right on time. Chris and Calum were fantastic — super easy-going, very accommodating, and moved the boxes out swiftly. They even helped with some last-minute packing, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend!

Brilliant experience, would highly recommend. Callum, Harvey and Matt helped me pack up my old flat and put everything into storage, before redelivering to my new flat a month later. Communication was great and they were lovely on the day, helpful and attentive. Everything was returned in great condition, without any damage or missing items. Amazing service - thanks all!

Efficient pick up and drop off from zone 2 london. A bit pricy during the storage, and after pickup there was lacking communication about whether we ended up paying for more space than we needed (our estimate was borderline so we booked the slightly larger size - they said they'd check if it fit in the smaller one but we never heard back).

A professional, friendly and incredibly well-organised team who made our move completely stress-free. We also used their storage service, which was brilliant, they collected everything from our door and delivered it all back when we needed it, so there was no hassle or need to organise access. Their attention to detail and care with our belongings was spot on, and nothing was ever too much trouble. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend JamVans, they really do go above and beyond!

JamVans recently moved some of my furniture to France. The whole process was very smooth and communication was great. Jamvans were very flexible with the end date of our storage when we had to move it multiple times. Communication was always clear and with quick responses to my queries. Both Rute and Jake were very helpful.
Pick up of our items for storage was also very efficient and quick.

Recently had James & Aaron support with moving all our things into storage and honestly couldn't fault them. They were so efficient, super thorough - I hardly lifted a finger. Also Emma was a dream with really clear easy comms throughout the whole process, managing multiple date changes and inventory amends - really fantastic team effort. Highly recommend.

I hired 2 containers 2 years ago when I had to move out of my flat and stay with a friend for a year. After moving into my own place, they delivered the contents of one container and then spent a week looking for the other one! When they delivered the contents of the 2nd, a mirror was damaged and they did nothing to compensate me. After unpacking everything, I discovered that loads of items were missing including kettle, crockery, computer hard drives, an air purifier, a fan, and half of my kitchen table. These have all been replaced now but what a disgrace!!!
