No complaints at all, prompt, accommodating, pleasant to deal with, and made the process stress free. Definitely recommend 👍

Excellent Professional and Friendly Service. Reasonably priced and cannot recommend highly enough. Our contents were taken exceptional care of. Beds and furniture were dismantled and reassembled. Altogether James Westerman

Almost everything was right until we tried to get a date and then unfortunately it was all booked up. One thing to note. You can buy packing boxes off them but they are used. You can get new ones off the internet for the same sort of price.

Recently used James Westerman for a move from our home, into storage for four months and a move back into our new home.
Cannot fault the service. They were punctual and very quick. Took an hour to empty our house and load into containers. James made a full inventory of all our contents. I was really pleased with how careful they were with pictures and expensive pieces of furniture.
When we moved in, they were on time and took just over an hour. Highly recommended and would use again.

We used James westerman removals for our move from Haslingden to Scotland. I showed James round our house to price up the work & made a point of showing James our loft & garage as there was a lot stored there. Before James climbed our loft ladder, he said to me,” I shouldn’t really be climbing ladders as I’m going into Blackpool hospital for a heart operation in the next week, they’ve had a cancellation & moved my date up”. James then climbed a few steps up our ladder just enough to poke his head into our loft to price the work. So, you can imagine our shock when James completely forgets to include the contents of our loft in the move, and then says to us after the move has taken place,” you didn’t mention the loft”.
We weren’t there on the moving date as we’d already moved out, neither was James, he then blames us for his error stating his ‘terms & conditions”.
James caused us a huge amount of extra expense & stress & refuses to apologise instead refunding us a measly £120 out of £1920 we paid him. He is now (after the move) being dishonest & untruthful about what actually happened rather than apologise. Even going as far as saying he went into hospital the month (December) before he visited us to price the job up. I’ve email proof from James that he was actually in hospital recovering from his operation, dated 30th January! It’s just lie after lie from James. Dishonesty to the core. We paid James for a service and instead received an extremely unsatisfactory service and now, instead of simply apologising he’s digging more holes for himself with more lies. I would definitely not recommend using James westerman removals.
