Simply brilliant! My 7 year LOVES his lessons with James. A gifted musician and a patient, fun and kind teacher. He has taught both of my boys and they love him. Also just lots and lots of fun while learning an amazing and pleasurable skill.

James is definitely the best drum teacher in the Northern Hemisphere! Thanks to him, my 18-year-old son who's been having lessons with James for more than a decade is now an (in my opinion) accomplished jazz drummer. James's lessons are not only fun and constructive but also challenging. We cannot recommend him enough!
