Niet erkennen fout geboortekaartje

Geboortekaartjes besteld en tekst stond er dubbel in. Hierover gemaild maar geen reactie, vervolgens gebeld maar volgens mevrouw Marion hadden we dit er zelf in geplaatst en was het niet hun schuld. Bijzonder dat iemand zeker weet dat het niet hun schuld is maar wel de helft wil bijleggen. Wij hebben die tekst er niet in geplaatst, de verantwoordelijkheid ligt bij Jakima. Belachelijke oplossing voor iets waar wij niets aan kunnen doen maar waar we wel weer voor moeten betalen. En als het nu om paar euro gaat maar een kaart van bijna 5 euro vind ik behoorlijk prijzig. Wij bestellen hier iig nooit weer!!!

Geweldige service

Hele leuke geboortekaartjes. Opvallend goede service, super snelle reactie, telkens binnen een paar uur of dag (als je niks hoort, kijk dan in de spam folder). Mooie kwaliteit kaartjes, snelle bezorging. Ik zou het iedereen aanraden.
