The drape of the satin is nowhere near…
The drape of the satin is nowhere near as luxurious (despite sizing up) as in the pictures however the feel of the fabric is nice and delivery was prompt.

Disgraceful customer service
Returned a dress and Jaki claimed it was stained which it wasnt with all labels attached, and refused a refund , having ordered many items from them over the last 2 years.
Jaki has responded to my review saying I acknowledged the stain which I did - BUT they missed that I also responded stating it was NOT me having tried the dress on once and then returned it. Furthermore they have failed to honour the now sale price of the dress which they did on a smaller dress from the same order!!. I simply will never order from them again

We take great care when assessing all returns to ensure the process is fair and consistent.
Unfortunately, on inspection, the dress was found to have stains that meant it could no longer be accepted for return under our policy, as we are unable to resell items that are not returned in their original condition.
As a gesture of goodwill, we arranged for the dress to be sent back to you at no cost, and you subsequently confirmed that you had seen the marks upon receiving it.
