❌❌Same as the other review. Seen loads of ads on Facebook and purchased without looking into it more due to friends liking his page. I even msg him before hand to ask if they will work on my version of PS which he replied yes. Files were emailed but would not open or load. I contacted them for almost 2 wks via fb, email and the help site. I msg privately on messenger and wrote comments on reply to other people who had commented on his ads on fb. I msg via my previous conversation about working on my PDS and I got a response saying that he was not there atm and he will get back to me ASAP! He blocked me!!!! So much for advertising that help and support is available 24 / 7. I thankfully paid via PayPal and chased my money and thankfully got a refund. Do not purchase, it is a scam.... ❌❌

BEWARE... DO NOT BUY from Jake Olson Studios. SCAM
Found an ad on Facebook and thought it looked nice. Purchased it against my own intuition, and they send me the presets. However they wont open. I reached out to support and its as if they were toying with me. I am about 99% sure this is a scam. If it is not a scam, they have absolutely awful customer service. BEWARE and DO NOT BUY. I am now going through my bank to dispute the charge.
