The image shown and the product received is entirely different. Also the size and colour varies. Worst is their return/exchange policy. No response to emails and phone calls. Order is received through phone number log in and while returning they only show the option of email id. Very poor, Infact worst experience of online shopping

Real bastard. I just cant understand how they were born. I feel their mother might be dying of shame after giving birth to such low life creatures. They will be suffering by rotting in their own shit for cheating people.

I ordered a kurta set through YouTube and received a damaged piece. Now there is no order history anywhere even though I registered my number. There is no way to return the piece. They won't pick up my calls, won't reply to messages and I even wrote an email but got no reply. I would not recommend ordering from here.

Still no response for them for partial return. Do NOT buy from this company please. They are a scam big time. Buy from Meesho for great prices for good quality. Good customer care and easy returns

The product quality is extremely disappointing and does not justify the price. The images on the website are misleading compared to the actual product received. On top of that, the return process is difficult because there is no mobile login support. I would not recommend buying from this website.

It's total scam company . Recived wrong orders and even took money and no choice for return. Quality is very bad and got fraud calls for giving money otherwise shipment won't proceed. Do not buy anything from this site . Scamming and total fraud. Strict action should be taken against them.

Don’t buy any product from this website they are all the fraud. Product quality is useless. When I try to return the product phone number don’t work. The email address is wrong.

When trying to reach on the number on site, it is switched off
Sent multiple emails to the address mentioned on site, no reply!

I ordered 2 cord sets of xxxl size and one medium size kurta set, I received all of XXL size. Cloth quality and stitching is pathetic. Can anyone help me to either replace the sizes at the earliest else refund my money please.also the design is not same as shown in website.

Sent some random piece of cloth to puff up the parcel package and make it look full. Plus charged twice, once saying I must pay using a QR they send before the delivery since 'Bluedart' is not accepting COD for now, and second time with actual Bluedart delivery where I had to pay the COD because agent said it is not in his hands, I must contact company.
Just like other people said, the given mail and number do not respond. I have called at least 60 times in past 12 days. I have registered a complaint on the National consumer helpline website.Urging other people to do the same please so that he stops the business of scamming people

Very bad quality kurtha received. Had asked for return....no response to call or whatsapp...jaipurkurthi is very bad.

I selected some of the dresses and website said order summary. Moment I click it placed the order. I sent a mail immediately to cancel the order but no reply and phone number provided was switched off. The website is to trap the customers. Beware of the site.

1 star se kam hota to wo deti isko unfortunately ye option hi nahi he , mujhe aj hi receive hua mera kurta set trust me guy's itni ghatiya quality he road side wale bhi is se ache kapde dete he , 1100 ki kurta set he or jo receive hua he uske me 300 bhi na du itni bekar quality he , upar se koi refund ya exchange ka option nahi he jab ke inki website me 3 days easy return option he please don't fall into there trap koi refund nahi he available or jesa image me show hua he wesa to kuch he hi nahi kurte me pathetic

I have ordered 6 pcs of kurti sets
They get order from us and send messages as it's booked and ready to despatch and all and hence I doubted and opted for COD and later found out that they never carried away the order itself and tried to call the contact number numerous times and he was purposefully disconnecting the call
Hence I thought I saved my money and shocked to see reviews later on
