Honesty and Integrity
We were recently scammed for a $10,000.00 from our credit card for purchases at Jaggards and after contacting Yen via phone he knew straight away that we were one of a couple of people that had been scammed. He told me he knew the purchases were fraudulent and didn't send the orders out and told me he had contacted our bank and police to which neither cared to do anything about. Yen has refunded the funds so needless to say we feel indebted to him for his integrity, honesty and professionalism. Thank you so much for your help, Yen.
