very bad customer service, the worst i have ever seen. nobody seems to care about your inquiry, or even pretend they do. i have asked several times about the mistake on their website, regarding the shipping costs, but they tell me it is not their problem, but the couriers, what i don’t believe as the error is in their online shop, a big shame as i used to be their client for a very long time

Company refuse to return VAT for shipping to non-EU
The company advertise return of the VAT for the shipping to non-EU countries (we do pay our non-EU countries VAT after importing the goods). However, Jades 24 ignores my inquiry about the return of the VAT. Extremely unprofessional. They also don't claim that the the customer has to pay the custom duty on top of the shippment cost. I would have given 0 stars because of their ignorance and the no transparence. I will not recommended this web shopping site to anyone.
Shipping strange, unfitting products (shoes ordered seem to be from two different pairs, even if they are in the same size), very long shipping. At least friendly and competent customer service.
