13 month old Baudelaire frames fractured

My 13 month old Baudelaire sunglasses, issue no 292 of 300, spontaneously fractured without any great pressure when I took it out of its case. Considering they are limited edition "hand crafted" titanium frames, I was most disappointed. However I was devastated when told JMM would have no part in repair or replacement. Nearly AUD$3,000.00...

I wanted to share my positive experience

I wanted to share a positive counter-experience after pre-ordering a pair of Kurokawa sunglasses from Jacques Marie.

I’ll admit, I panicked for a moment after ordering and reading other experiences on trustpilot — it was literally one quick Apple Pay tap in mid-October and done. Since it was a pre-order, the website mentioned a two-week wait before shipping, and that timing was spot on. Two weeks later I received a DHL notification, and the parcel arrived within two days (Netherlands)

Now I’m cycling to work in the coolest sunglasses during those crisp, sunny autumn mornings — totally worth the wait.

Terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service.
I have emailed for 4 days to return my purchase and they have responded once saying they will send me a return form but still nothing has come.
I have tried to message them on LinkedIn and instagram.
Only buy these if you don’t want to return them.
I have had to dispute the charges with Amex.
