Over the years we have become increasingly frustrated by the clear lack of concern that the big players have shown for their clients. Our team's experience in working for large corporate banks, retail brokers and inter-dealer brokers gives us the FX experience we need in order to really help our clients. It also gave us the first hand experience of the sales-target dominated corporate cultures at these entities. As such, Jackson Swiss set up as an independent, boutique consultancy in order to simply do the best job for our clients and share our expertise and experiences along the way. The Foreign Exchange markets are unpredictable and volatile and it is our purpose to help our clients protect their businesses from the risks that volatility poses. This means protecting against volatility in both directions. We specialise in writing effective, tested FX hedging programmes that make the most sense to our clients' business objectives, taking care of what we can control and protecting against what we can't. It was very staright forward to set up my account with Jackson Swiss Partners with security checks during the process.
The staff are brilliant and help you at every stage of the process
We do spot transferes from GBP to euros every month without any problems. Arranging a spot transfer is very straight forward and the funds are always in our destination account within hours and the rates are very good compasired to the bank rates.

started using Jackson Swiss in the new year for my payment of supplier invoices. My business in the main, imports and resells fruit in the UK. I am happy with the rates which are an improvement on them offered by the other couple of FX brokers I have used for a long time. I do my own trading and the system is very simple, on the odd occasion I have needed system navigation or rate advice, I have dealt with Dan and he has been super helpful to date - thanks'

Better rates than the bank and great service …
I’ve been using Jackson Swiss for just over 12 months now. Every time our business has used them to make an international bank payment the rate has always come out cheaper than through my bank. The process is so swift and easy to do too, I would highly recommend, customer service is excellent!

I worked with Jackson Swiss for a period of time and can wholeheartedly say that they put in all the effort in the world and more to ensure that their clients are taken care of. Everyone within the organisation was super friendly and helpful to me which is always a plus especially in an industry where your colleagues are likely to not be that way. The environment is very welcoming of everyone and I believe that company culture stems from the top and filters downwards.
