Customer service acknowledged a defect with their t-shirts and refused to provide me with a solution. I do not recommend purchasing from their small business as they have poor customer service and their products are low quality.
Basically, I placed an order on 11/3 that I still don’t have. Upon checking my Shop app, I see today, the 23rd, that it arrives on 12/3. One month from the day I ordered. Absolutely no communication from the company, as well. If they had even made an attempt to write and explain any situation, I would understand. Will never shop here again.
*edit- at the very least, the clothes were fairly decent when they arrived. Not worth ordering again but soft and comfortable.
