I stayed at the Hive for almost a month and did not want to leave!!! A beautiful space, great location and such an amazing team from beginning to end.

Check in process was super easy! Loved how simple it was to book in cleaning services. Everything was only a very short walk away

A special thank you to Theresa and Megan you girls were incredible for the check ins before I even arrived in MCR all the way from Australia to after I left! The team were truly special, so helpful and friendly which made my time so enjoyable.

If you want a nice weekend away with family or friends, I highly recommend the Heims Residences. Lovely 2 bedroom rooms immaculate kitchen with bathroom; they made my stay very easy to come again with great services provided such as housekeeping and guides to help you make your experience the best it can be. I would like to thank Theresa on behalf of making me feel comfortable and easy to talk to about any problems and situations. The location is only 10 mins from the city centre of Manchester. I hope to come and visit again real soon

The apartment was spacious and as advertised. Staff were brilliant. They responded promptly to any query - large and small. Nothing was too much trouble. It's proximity to family, public transport matched our expectations and needs.
Highly recommend.

Great place! I took my girlfriend out in Manchester for her 25th and chose to stay in the “Midnight boutique” as I thought it had a Bali vibe and she loves that. She was so impressed, the apartment was huge for the price and it had a massive deep bath which we loved. Good location too, loads of shops and nice places to eat. Guy on the phone was really helpful too, I think it was Nikita or something. Mint place. Would stay again.

I recently stayed at the Jacksonheim Japandi apartment because a friend told me it was the best place to stay in Manchester. And I must admit, having stayed all over Europe, this was a first for me! First of all, I had a hard time navigating the city but a young man called nikita actually helped me to the apartment on the phone. Now, the apartment itself was beautiful. We wanted a luxurious looking place but for a good price, this was exactly that. The apartment was a good size and had everything we needed, it also had a gorgeous dining area which we HAD to use despite only having a short stay. My best friend loves sleeping with the fan on (despite it being January) and they actually sent someone round with one! The shower had the best water pressure I’ve ever seen in an apartment and the bespoke toiletries were a nice touch. I even emailed to ask about the wardrobe as I want that exact one for my flat and the girl on the phone was very helpful and even recommended some nice restaurants for us to visit. It’s also great for an Instagram post (think the Kardashian’s meets Jo Malone). Overall, 10/10.

Besutiful apartment in the heart of Manchester close to everything you need and conveniently placed opposite a quiet restaurant/bar with great tacos. Apartment was very clean and the process was very smooth. Couldn't fault it

Really happy with the stay at the Pollard Street apartment. Really handy location, a lovely apartment and the end-to-end process was great; the app is very good. The price was also very competitive. Will definitely stay here again.

Great place, next to the northern quarter. All facilities in the flat function as they should, support are helpful and easily reachable over the phone or via email.

Amazing place to stay in central manchester - the staff are super helpful. Left an item at the apartment and the lovely people posted it back to me immediately!
