My experience with Jackson & co Eyecare was pretty poor to honest, having paid a good deal of money for what I thought would be a good reliable service was not, one pair of glasses took over 10 weeks as there supplier failed the first pair at the last stage and had to re-make them, no one contacted me of this and I only found out by going in to find out when they would be ready so customer service was poor, even now,7 months on from my initial consultation the reading glasses having been changed 3 times are still inadequate as I struggle to read messages on my phone and e-book. I was given an eye scan at no extra cost and was told my eye lashes had mite and general debris in them which I believe every one has, so I just feel that they are trying to find excuses for the poor service they have given.
Never had these problems anywhere else.

I have had glasses through Jackson Eye Care twice now, and both experiences have been really positive. The standard of the eye test was excellent, with thorough checks performed to gauge the health of my eyes above those I have received elsewhere.
Regarding dispensing, they were happy and helpful in accommodating my needs picking the best lenses to balance my visual needs and the time to delivery. This became more apparent in my second experience with Jackson, as I'd lost my glasses and needed a pair as soon as possible, just before Christmas! They helped me to get my frames to the lens manufacturer directly and I had my glasses fully made within 3 days, which was greatly appreciated. They are a premium service, but I have no hesitation recommending Jackson Eye Care.
