DO NOT BUY FROM HERE EVER!!
They’re total scammers! Saw them advertise a dress on Pinterest and without checking the reviews I got scammed. The dress that came, was nothing like the one advertised, it looks absolutely horrendous and poorly made. I’m currently in dispute with them on getting my full refund back, but they’re telling me to return the item to a really dodgy address in China, which I know will not reach. On top of that, they’re telling me to pay for my own shipping, the cheek!

Don’t make the same mistake as me, save your money and wish me luck on getting my refund!

UPDATE: I got my full refund back! Always report it to whichever bank you used and they’ll do the rest!

Really disappointed can only emulate other customers wish I had read the reviews first the product delivered was nothing like the pictures in shop the returns process an utter joke these people should be closed down I did get suspicious when the phone number in Netherlands was not answered. Total scam outfit don’t touch them.

Not even worth one star. It's a disgrace that this company can contue to advertise and scam money from people with shoddy goods worth pennies. The policy for returns is laughable and literally extortionate. Any sales items are totally non returnable , I've just been scammed out of £60 . The people who own this company should be jailed .

After a long wait my shoes arrived today
I paid 34 pounds for very cheap and nasty pair of flip flops
Colour was described as red but is a dark maroon purple
Certainly won't be buying anything else from Jackson London.

Horrific, baiting there website to be high brand London high street fashion and the quality is worse than shein. I avoid shopping at places like that due to ethics and quality and this has to be the most horrendous item of clothing that has been falsely advertised to an extreme! And a refund costs you £70 because it’s in China. Catfish company and I’m so unhappy with the fact I have spent £34 on a dress that probably didn’t even cost 50p to make!

Like others, who I have now found, I wish I'd read the Reviews first. Absolute rubbish product, totally misleading photo. I asked for a Returns form and find that to do this the product has to be sent back to China!! Beware, do not buy from this company on-line. You are being deceived.

These sites all look the same - always a big discount or closing down. SHAME ON INSTAGRAM and META allowing everyone to get scammed whilst they make a profit…
Always check TRUSTPILOT before giving your hard earned cash to these scumbags .

Well they kept in contact with me giving updates. Which I was pleased with. My order turned up today. I thought shein had given me a freebie as it turned up with their package. The dress design..similar...but dear me..picture is of a CREAM LINEN frill dress..Got a pure white kind of thin viscose material only label is a small size label! Even Shein give you labels!.definitely NOT what I thought I'd ordered..style is similar so I'll keep I.. plus would probably cost more and be a right hassle sending it back!! If you're thinking of ordering DONT! Just wish I'd seen reviews before I ordered!!!!

Did not realise items were from abroad I presume China
They took ages to arrive and then were not right for me
I asked for a refund and return but was told not possible instead asked for extra payment to get replacement items
I feel stupid buying from outside the UK as we are not covered by UK trading rules
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROMTHIS COMPANY

It’s a total scam and how they get away with it after numerous complaints I’ll never know. I like so many others should have read the reviews so if you’re reading this before you buy, well done 😊

Shipped from China. Returns have to go back to China.

Very visible on selling page:

Then waaaay at the bottom of page under ‘Footer Menu’:
“Return shipping costs: All customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend providing your return shipment with a Track & Trace, as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns. The product must be sent back to China, return shipping costs start from $40 and are the customer's responsibility.”

Maybe they haven’t sold anything in past two weeks, cos this message, highlighted in bright red hasn’t changed:
“UPDATE: Due to high demand during our Closure Sale, only 3 units remain at the current price!”

Lastly, the Trustpilot reviews are not actually linked to Trustpilot, which is makes me dubious about the 4.5 star rating shown.

If a zero was applicable would have put it. Poor quality garments and fake Dr Martens boots. Products they advertise and what they deliver is not the same. I regret buying their products. Be warned of this Company.

Dreadful. Don’t use this company.
I received the dungarees today (ordered almost 6 weeks ago)
Was billed then for two pairs at that time. Actually, received a refund for one after the complaint! And today the pair I wanted look nothing like the one in the picture. It’s also of a cheap fabric item made in China

Item received was not what I ordered incorrect size , then on the actual shoe it says 39 where I ordered a 40 , and once you see the shoe in real it’s for a you g child , what they offer and what you receive very different have emailed for a refund , no postage label was enclosed , would not shop here again , and they gave a bad odour of cheap plastic .

I brought a sports bra from this company, it was to small, so I checked to see how I can return it, it cost £30 however was $40 to return it to china, it’s called Jackson London so assumed it would be returned in the Uk

I’ve reported these kind of companies to Meta & they won’t delete their advertising. It’s an absolute disgrace that nothing can be done to stop these companies from China telling blatant lies. It’s true if it’s too good to be true it’s a fake!! I wouldn’t even pass this rubbish onto a charity shop it’s so bad.

Arghhh can’t believe I didn’t check here before ordering their crap !!!! This company need to be shut down for such misleading website lies , been waiting for weeks after their website say fast shipping £60 down the drain no doubt ☹️😤

This company is a scam. The cloth they sent is totally different to their picture - very poor quality. They disguise them as a UK company but actually they based in China which makes it simply not possible to return - they request £40 for a return DHL label. This company needs to be stopped!

I ordered a jacket - they sent something completely different but suggested it was the same.
I asked for a refund - they wouldn't issue one and said I had to return at my own cost.
They suggested I give the jacket to someone else and accept a credit note.
Stay away!
