Hey there. Thanks for getting in touch and giving us an opportunity to look through your account details.
We see that you initially contacted us on August 07th 2023 to advise that you were not receiving Premium email offers, but had been charged for the full membership after your trial. There was no mention of wanting to cancel nor receive a refund in the subject line or body of your email. The agent let you that we did see you were receiving Premium offers, trouble shooting steps to follow and also, requested a screenshot for further investigation to be done. That reply from the agent was August 08th 2023. There were no further replies nor emails from you.
Our Member Experience team reached out to you on June 23rd 2026 to follow up on your review. They advised of the specifics for your membership details and confirmed that unfortunately, as your renewal was in March 2026, we could not refund it as the request was outside our 14 day refund timeframe.
You advised that you had been communicating with us for years. The agent provided screenshots of the correspondence from August 2023, which showed the date that email was viewed, along with screenshots from your account showing no further communications nor a request to cancel directly from your Lounge. They asked for copies of the other correspondences you advised of, so that we could investigate further. Sadly, to date, those have not been provided.
We will always take ownership where we drop the ball or there is an error, to ensure that we rectify the matter. From the investigation of your membership details and email correspondence, there was no prior request to cancel found. It is very disheartening to receive your review, as there was no noted error on our side. We have cancelled your billing from our end, to ensure that there are no future charges.

Hey, Michael. Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback. We reached out on June 19th 2026 to confirm what kind of deals you were after that you weren't seeing or how we could assist in you getting the most out of the service, but sadly have not heard back to date.
We are happy to see, however, that you've made actions on your account after our follow up on June 22nd 2026.
The Jack's Flight Club service is built to constantly scour the internet and figure out IF a flight price is any good and ONLY then rapidly alert our members that there's an unexpectedly great fare available. At that point we send out the location of how and where to buy that flight (including if necessary, the particular workarounds or hacks to get the price we've found).
The service won't be for everyone, as much as we wish that could be the case. And we would really love more details to understand where improvements were needed. If you have some time, please reply to our Member Experience team or email them directly at support@jacksflightclub.com

Not a Subscription I Use
I have flown from Bristol to Newcastle upon Tyne and JACK’s Flight Club did not lower prices for me. In fact it was OPODO who stepped in and reduced my flight prices the last 2 times I have flown in the last 3 years. To that end I wish to cancel the annual subscription as I don’t see me flying in the future due to age, health etc,. I tried cancelling this subscription and at the end was told (by AI) that I still had to cancel elsewhere before it was cancelled making it very difficult for me to do so. So JFC if you are reading this please sort this out as I cannot continue to keep paying for something I don’t use and as a pensioner it is beyond my means. Thank You

I would like to take the chance to clarify how Jack’s Flight Club works. We don’t directly sell or discount flights. Instead what we do is constantly search for unusually low fares and then let our members know when we spot them. We don’t recieve any commision from airlines or other travel companies. Our role is to simpily help travellers find great fares, when they become availble.
That said, I completely understand that our service might not be the right fit for everyone, especially if your not planning on travelling much in the future.
I’m also very sorry to hear that you’ve had a difficult time cancelling your membership. We definitely don’t want the process to feel confusing or frustrating.
I have locate your account and I’ve now gone ahead and cancelled you billing so there won’t be any furter renewals. You’ll continue to have access to your Takeoff membership until the end of your current membership period, when we will make sure your account is moved to our Standby mailing list.
