My husband and I visited Jacks Cash (Bedminster) for the first time on Saturday. The owners were so nice, helpful and friendly. They say that they won't be beaten on price and they're right. I had already received two quotes for my gold jewellery from two other reputable companies and Jack's Cash outbid them by £180! Definitely the place to go. They have a very good security system in place which is also reassuring. Great customer service. We virtually skipped back to the car. Thank you very much.

Second time we have been to the shop (normally buy online from jacks cash!!) what a lovely and welcoming friendly atmosphere. The staff could not be more helpful. Very genuine and honest. Have found it to be one of the best to get gold and diamonds at competitive rates. Would highly recommend

Don t bother with this one. I took my wedding ring to get it a few sizes smaller. Kept it for 6 weeks. Didn t do a thing to it. Every friday I would check in to see if they did something, they said they re gonna call me. Never got a phone call. One day I was in front of the door at 16:10, it s true that they close at 16:00 but they were all inside there and wouldn't open the door to give it back to me. They had me yelling through the glass like a lunatic so they can hear what I m saying. They said come back tomorrow. It would've been a big discomfort to open the door and give it to me 🙄
