Really bad online casino. No clue what they are doing. I asked a helpdesk about payout and they say it’s up to kambi. The service desk gets agitated and says just wait with no reference and any legitimate trace on issue

They do not like to pay when you win a bet. When you play, your money is processed right away but it can take up to 4 hours before a bet is paid out in case you win. Today I played at jacks for the first time. Depositing €300,-. Much game choice I’ll give them that but the gameplay is very bad. None of the bonuses went higher than €50,- (maybe the highest was €70,- when I’ve already lost €200,-). Id like to believe it’s a fair loss but I feel like the slots are manipulated. They say the slots are coded with “random numbers” but that’s false. Once i entered a bonus I’ve got an notification (before he bonus even started) I had exceeded my account limit with €22,-.
