Fast, easy and I got exactly what I wanted. (No, I'm not talking about my prom date, but I am talking about the shoes I ordered from JackRabbit!)

Products met expectations and delivery occurred as described. The rewards program is awesome

The book I received was very well priced, delivered in a timely fashion, and in good shape.

I received a Nike top with a hole and have been asking for two weeks a prepaid return shipping label. Nobody ever contacted me back. No "we are sorry", no nothing just silence...

I went in to get a replacement pair of running sneakers. I received immediate service, we discussed fit and any issues I had with my feet and running and selected a pair of running shoes. No problems. No pressure. Friendly service.

Ordered shoes on June 7th, after two emails and no responses I called the company. The shoes were marked as shipped in their system but never shipped. They said they would ship out the shoes and update my order with a new tracking number... that was last Wednesday(June 20th). Stay away!! The website also says it takes anywhere from 24 hours to a week to process. This may be a fluke, but I won't order from them again.

It's been 2 weeks since I placed my order. No confirmation of shipment and no response from customer service when I inquired into the status.

Based on other reviews it looks like they are not honoring their sale prices but promptly ship regularly priced items.

I will never place an order with them again.

18 days since my order, no update on where it is.

While JackRabbit is always my first place to look for my running needs, 9 times out of 10, I don't ended up completing my transaction there. I can usually find the same thing somewhere else with better prices or at least with free shipping.

Love the Altras and the new gray color is a great neutral for everyday wear! Thanks for the great service

Shoes not in stock at store - had to get them shipped. The salesperson completely screwed up the delivery address even though I spelled it out. The soles were slippery on wet pavement, so I returned them.

Staff, service, knowledge and dedication to customer service is literally second to none. Well done Jack Rabbit. See you soon.

I have been buy shoes from The Running Spot for several years. The last time I did not like the different policy when the store did not have the shoe I needed. Before it was transferred from another store. Now that style had to be ordered online. But when it came to me, it was from a local store. Then it was the wrong size. I had to return it to the store and then re-order the shoe again. The second pair came from another area store. Since it was on sale in the store, I had to return it to the store and then re-purchase it at the sale price. I made several trips to the store for that one pair of shoes.

I was very well taken care of at this store. The staff was educated in helping me find exactly what kind of shoe would work best for what I do. They also helped me find the right insole and support for my foot. I highly recommend this store to all of my Personal Training clients as well as my family. Thank you for your service.

I had to make several trips to the store in order to make changes until I got the right orthotic. Each time I came back to the store, the clerks were polite, knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend this store to anyone wanting a quality shoe with quality help!
