I signed up for Jackpot Party because I wanted a casual casino experience with a good variety of slots and simple promotions. The platform was easy enough to start with, but after playing for a while, I realized the experience wasn't as enjoyable as I expected. I ended up comparing it with boomingslots.plus because the bonus information was much clearer and it was easier to understand what I was actually getting before playing

The biggest issue was how quickly the games started to feel repetitive. The selection wasn't bad, but it didn't feel as fresh or varied as other casino options I've tried

Played this app for years, left came back. Minimum bets are off the charts on the newer games. They claim higher bets get bonuses quicker but they don't. Games disappear for extended periods while less popular games stay in the app. I am looking for a new source.

There is no rating low enough. Do not pay to play! Same as you cannot win.

I used to love this game! Now it’s impossible to win without buying coins and I refuse to do that. Very disappointing!

The game is glitch at times and when it was looping it took 15 trillion dollars. Customer never gave it back. Be very weary when you play this game and be careful spe ding your money custp.er service is no help. Loved this game at first now I have to find a new game will not spend my money I am only playing for free now.

This is a total scam, and can't believe facebook/META allow them to rob people. 0% payback. I had tons of $25 purchases for tens of trillions of coins, and won nothing. Not even a line hit. Jackpot Party is the Learing Center of slots.

Worst scammers in the business. Last 3 time I purchased a coin package, they charged me for 3 coin packages. Fraud at the least. Never again. I was just instantly charged 70.00 for a 24.99 package. Apple will not refund the 2 fraudulent charges. Tells me Apple in a fraud as well.

I would give these people a negative 100 if possible. You buy You lose more. They have a shut off value on the games that make it impossible to win ..even if you spin 200 times. There should be a place where we can report these people. JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS GAME ND EHT EVER YOU DO DO NOT BUY!!!

Poor greed! I’ve played this game since 2013 and it used to be great. The coin purchases were reasonable and big jackpots were payed out, now it is ridiculously expensive and impossible to win…There are no benefits to play Jackpot Party Casinos unless you like wasting time and money.

So after I spent over 700$ worth of purchases over 5 months? I don’t purchase for a while because money is tight. I go in today? And they have DEMOTED my position so I LOSE 10% on coin purchases. I deleted the app right there and then. I found something awesome that doesn’t cost so much!! Lava slots. Try it!! So much better than this crappy site that actually demoted me from 50% off chips to 40% off. Screw that.

I gave a one star because I had to. They gave me free $20 for signing up. I then made a deposit and tried to Redeem (cash out) and it wouldn't let me-- said some BS on how I had to spend blah blah blah...so I clicked on help and it gave me facebook, twitter and whatever else is on there; mind you, it did not give me a chat option-- just a website to the social media's above. I deposited and won fair and square. After the help/support icon lead me nowhere, I sent a message to the person running the Messenger and asked them how come I am unable to Redeem my winnings. NO RESPONSE!!! Sick of these casinos being rip offs and misleading---someone ought to review all online casinos and ban the frauds such as Jackpot Party. The host of the game show Pictionary (I think that's the right guy) advertised for Jackpot Party Casino--- I wonder if he knows that they lie???

Had ten hundred billion coins played the dynamite express game at level 6 and never got a dynamite bonus lost all my coins the game is worthless

How does this scam escape prosecution? It is so stupid to think an on line game where you spend $300 a month is worth it!

I just spent 150 dollars for an hour worth of spins . No jackpot wins I left for a while and came back got drawn back in and have nothing to show for it . I really love playing but I’m not dropping 150 dollars again.

I was a player of JPPC for many years, and have spent hundreds of dollars over the years. One night before shutting down, I had over 24 trillion coins where the next day the coins vanished leaving me with a little over a billion coins. I have tried to get ahold of Mike at jackpot party and the email was not good. I told them they can check my playing history and the money I have spent to get these coins. If I don't get any help I will look to play elsewhere.
