Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. Total scam, clothing is not even remotely what it says online. So annoyed that I fell for this.

Misleading Instagram Ads, Poor Quality, and Suspicious Return Policy

I found Jack Jane through an ad on Instagram. The product looked great in the photos—clearly made from real denim based on the way it was styled and photographed. I waited a while before placing an order because I wanted to be sure, but eventually decided to give it a try.

When the item arrived, I was immediately disappointed. It looked nothing like what was advertised. Instead of denim, I received something made of a cheap, thin material that felt more like polyester or spandex. It was obvious this was not the same product shown in the ad—it felt completely deceptive.

When I contacted customer service, they didn’t offer a real solution. They told me if I wanted a full return, I’d have to pay to ship it back to a warehouse in China—completely at my own expense. Instead, they offered to let me keep the item and refund just 40% of what I paid. But here’s the thing: the item they sent wasn’t even worth that much. if they were somewhere to share photos, I would include images ofwhat was advertised and what I received.

This makes me feel like this is a routine tactic they use—send customers something cheap and completely different, then offer a partial refund hoping most won’t go through the hassle of shipping it back overseas. It’s a shady business practice and feels borderline fraudulent.

I’ve reported this on their website and will continue reporting it elsewhere. It’s not just unfair—it’s deceptive. I strongly recommend others avoid ordering from Jack Jane.

Avoid avoid avoid

Scammers. Paid £41 for trousers said to be reduced from £79 and they’re worth, at most, £2. Awful quality and weird sizing. To return you have to ship them back to China. I managed to push the 20% partial refund to 30% but still £28 out of pocket. Do NOT buy anything from this company.

Awful business, beware

Awful business, awful clothing. I ordered pants that appeared clearly in the photo as a denim-looking material with nice detailed cloth and doubled stitches at all seams. They appeared as a dark fabric with beautiful bright flowers. The product I got was completely different- cheap fabric that looked like a pixelated print of flowers. So bad. Material is purely synthetic, cheap polyester. Single stitch and lacking any detail represented by the photo, which makes me think they stole the photo from somewhere and then tried to make extremely cheap replicas know that people might just not send it back. They make you ship to china to their warehouse for returns, making it not worth the return. They also offer for a discount “in store” if you keep the item, but won’t answer when you ask where the store is located.
Worst shopping experience ever. Scam.
