Do not buy from this company Chinese rubbish arrived and it is a tiny little box. No toddler could use it so small. The advert selling it had something about four times bigger. It is not an English company and takes weeks to get here.

Absolute shambles of a company. I ordered two pairs of toddlers slippers for a 2 year old and these were big enough for a 4 year. I bought from here thinking they were UK based as advertised but aren't. I requested to return the slippers and I was advised I've to pay to return them to Hong Kong or wherever they're based. Absolute scam and id advise anyone to stay away and buy from elsewhere.

Not a UK company. Waited 2 weeks for items produced and shipped from China. Cheap quality and misleading descriptions on website. Also, do not assume you can return easily for a refund, as you would need to pay for shipping back to China. Avoid at all costs.

It's difficult to star rate this company so l have gone down the middle with 3.
Firstly it is hugely misleading adding UK to the name as the products are sent from Hong Kong so not UK based at all.
I recieved a glitter squishy dumpling in a steamer basket eventually after several wks wait and within 3 hours of giving it to my 10 yr old Grandaughter it had exploded in her face. The "bang" sounded like a gunshot then her face/hair and alot of her body as she was in a swimsuit (also my arms and trousers) was covered in blue glitter. It had gone in her eyes which caused her to panic and shake so l had to rush her upstairs to the bathroom and 1stly very gently remove it from her eyes then put her in the bath, it was extremely difficult to remove as it was well stuck on.
Luckily there was no damage to her eyes.
The reason l have given 3 and not 1 star though is l cannot fault the company as recieved a return email to my complaint within hrs of sending it saying they are going to look into it and gave me a full refund immediately.
I however feel l need to warn other parents that this has happened and could happen again so please be warned if thinking of buying this product which can obviously be bought from other companys too.

I stupidly ordered from this company because I thought their products were UK made. I should have done my homework. They are based in China. I ordered the playmat. It’s a piece of thin, cheap plastic with cheap plastic accessories. I’m not even going to attempt to return it. It’s going straight in the bin. Please do not order anything from this company. The products you receive are not of the quality the website suggests.

Absolutely USLESS customer service. Parcel late, tracking doesnt work and the customer service is rude and seriously unhelpful and useless

Ordered dinosaur toy took ages arrive much smaller and dosent work waste of money

Don't be tempted to order. The products are shipped from China (no doubtvwhere they are cheaply made) and take forever to arrive.

Just received my order. Alot smaller than what it looked in video. But the most annoying thing is it doesnt work. Put the batteries in and it plays a tune but doesnt do the job its supposed to do. Utter rubbish. Wont use this company again. Only had it 30 mins from delivery and its now in bin.

Chinese company masquerading as a U.K. company and requires you to return to China at more cost than the product on purpose, which is against U.K. consumer law

I ordered one of the kids and they didn’t come. WORST COMPANY EVER. I prefer browns to lick my wounds than yellow jam tart

1 item not even turned up said it was delivered have sent video doorbell footage of the full day they advised it shows no delivery to my house.2nd item said delivered to in post locker 12th May didnt arrive until 17th May by then had to purchase elsewhere .Keep asking for return label and money back for everything , keep getting ignored
Delivery people saying speak to retailer and retailer saying speak to delivery . No one taking responsibility

Ihow this company is allowed to do business its a scam. Pictures are deceiving on website quality is bad. Impossible to return or reach out to them their email address fails if you try to contact them reported them to klarna that's when they reached out to me not with return process but to tell me to withdraw charge then disappeared again very frustrating time wasting trying to deal with them you get nowhere. Dodgy company.

This is a Chinese company masquerading as a British company. The goods are cheap quality and not worth the money and WOW do you wait a long time for things to be delivered from china. The item I bought was for a 4 year old birthday, I left nearly two weeks for it to be delivered and it still didn’t make it.
Poor kids had to wait for his birthday gift.
It’s not worth it. Save yourself the headache

Waited nearly 3 weeks for cheap and nasty item, says its a UK company only for the box and item being sent directly from China.

I was very surprised to read all the negative reviews. I have ordered a couple of times with this company and the goods I’ve received have been very good.

Just not what they are representing themselves to be. Not a UK company. Cheap rubbish import, at UK prices. If they said we're shipping from Hong Kong and the goods were actually cheaper, then you may decide to take the risk for the benefit of cheaper prices, but these are UK prices on HK goods. My item took about 10 days to arrive, fair enough from that far away. When it arrived it smelt of mold / must. And was a very cheap bag. I went to John Lewis online got a backpack for the same price, delivered next day. And taxes go back into UK economy. Wish I'd never bothered with 'jackies'. Never will again.

Very very bad service .Delivered the order very late . Took more days
I emailed them no response at all I will not recommend them I did not want to give one star but nothing lower was there
